WHEN YOUR FAMILY OR GROUP BOOK NIRVANA VISTA ESTATE, YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE 54 ACRE PROPERTY TO YOURSELF! Nirvana Vista Estate is a magnificent 54 acre property with extensive landscaped gardens, and stunning panoramic views of the Hunter Valley. The spacious 7 bedroom homestead can have up to 20 guests, and we have a function room that can have up to 120 guests for a sit-down reception. Our property is surrounded by wineries. In the warmer months, guests have exclusive use of the in-ground swimming pool, and in the cooler months we have a hot-tub and two indoor spa baths. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the dining room can sit up to 20. For entertainment, we have a BBQ, cable TV, a pool table, and table tennis. Walking around the magnificent gardens is a joy not to be missed!

The property is absolutely stunning and the photos don’t do it justice. Dennis was fantastic and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and throughout our stay. The house was nice and clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a truly unforgettable stay at this property. The house is spacious, beautifully arranged, and everything was spotless and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and relaxed.The view is absolutely stunning – we spent so much time just enjoying the scenery. My friends and I had a wonderful time and created memories we will always cherish.Dannis was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always available and kind. We felt genuinely cared for.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We would definitely love to come back!

Fabulous location. We lcoed the quirky decor and how well equiped the house was. Dennis was super helpful when we needed assistance. Would highly recommend staying here.
