This conveniently located 3 bedroom home is within an easy walk to the beach, bowling club and shops. There is 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, ceiling fans & plenty of room to park the boat. There is an undercover area out the back to sit & relax and a fully fenced yard for kids and/or pets. Only a short stroll to Scotts Head Beach.
Located approx 15 mins to Macksville, 45 mins to Coffs Harbour and 1hr 15 mins to Port Macquarie.

Location was awesome and fenced back garden was great for our dog. However, the property could do with some updating and more attention to detail of cleaning. There was heavy dust in vents, top of cupboard doors, and main bedroom walls. The BBQ was pretty grim and the back undercover area not especially nice to sit out in. For not much money the back area could be given a make over to make a huge difference to the feel of the place and to create a pleasant place to sit out in. There was a strong smell of air fresheners to cover up a damp smell on our arrival.
Dishwasher was not very effective but there was a nice new clothes washing machine and the beds were comfortable. Agent, Pam was very quick to respond and mend the gas connection to the bbq. Location was certainly its best feature!
NB, No wifi.
