Birds, trees and nearby attractions!

Excellent location facing the river and a wall of trees. Loved the visits from the finches, 28 parrots, rosellas and honey eaters. Nice heated towel rack in the bathroom and a good selection of kitchen appliances / tools. Easy to drive to locations north and south

The tight proximity of chalets left little space for parking / the driveway between chalets.

Exceptional

A sweet spot right by the river, perfect to chill, relax and connect with nature. Everything you need. So warm and cozy during the winter. Highly recommend and will come again for sure.

peaceful quiet getaway with beautiful sights close by!

Clean, peaceful, dog friendly, friendly staff, big dvd and games collection. The gentleman in the office gave us maps and showed us all the best places to visit and how to get there.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this little patch of paradise.

A cute and comfy chalet situated right on the river. Purpose built kayak launching jetty was very handy. Beautiful bird life come to feed on your verandah. Caretakers were friendly and helpful. Nornabar restaurant almost on site was an added bonus for dinner.

Gorgeous views, cosy nights and relaxing days, could of stayed forever

Excellent quiet location right next to the river, beautiful little chalet with all the amenities plus free paddle board rental

Electric plug in stove is in need of an upgrade TV could use with and upgrade Photo on website shows king bed in kookaburra chalet when it is actually now 2 single beds

Quiet location in the forest...fresh air and very peaceful

We weren't able to get WiFi or phone reception there, which we were unaware of when booking.Also not aware of limited facilities for meals, otherwise we would have been more prepared, especially on a Tues night in June.

Great value in tranquil surroundings

Our unit was a spacious & extremely comfortable for a couple. Beautiful gardens with river outlook. Lots of little blue wrens come out in the late afternoon to share happy hour with you on the veranda.

Great place to stay, quiet, relaxing, Pretty scenery overlooking river. Everything you needed supplied.
