Great location, excellent internet WIFI, and quiet.

Excellent location close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. As a digital nomad, naturally, I did some speed testing and I can attest that there's super-fast internet WIFI service. One of the better Internet services we experienced in south Florida in a long time. It is an older-style place but that's normal for south Florida's vacation rental scene. With that said, we did not mind the older style because the apartment was furnished with everything you could possibly need for a short-term stay. They even provided beach chairs and a beach cooler. 99 percent of all the places we have stayed in south Florida doesn't even think about providing you with that. The hot water is good but not super hot. However, you don't need super hot water in south Florida. Especially after a day at the beach and you want to cool off. Oh, almost forgot, the neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed our walks on the side streets as well.

We have nothing to add here. It fit our purposes. We couldn't have asked for more.

Scam - ignore the pics. Not sure where did all good reviews come from.

Location was good. Dedicated parking lot, shared washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, a lot of amenities, handy closet. Loved the outlet adapter that allowed us to use our European cords. Very nice plants on the backyard - this must be from a nice lady that live in apt 5. In general - most of the good things were totally crossed out by the heat, mess and dirt all over the place.

We loved the pics and we noticed great reviews - mistakenly decided to stay for 2 weeks :( The place was a complete mess! It's definitely not the same as on the pics. The following made our stay a DISASTER: 1) Extreme DIRT everywhere. I'm attaching the images taken right after check-in- take a look by yourself. This was barely (if ever) cleaned from the couple of previous guests I assume. The carpet was probably the worst - so dirty that after literally 2 minutes, our toddler got black feet and black knees. See the image attached. Well - at least bedsheets and blankets were fresh. 2) Kitchen utensils were dirty after previous guests - I had to rewash EVERYTHING. Some glasses had traces of alcohol that was never even rinsed under water - see attached. The oven inside was TRASHY. 3) One glass was damaged - while I was re-washing it I cut my fingers. Terrible! 4) Damaged kitchen pots and pans - they are scratched to the surface, which makes their usage impossible in case you don't want to get sick. 5) Rust of some of the utensils - like can opener. 6) Dirty spots and nasty smell from the kitchen cabinets. 7) Extremely dirty AC with the mould inside (!!) - disgusting. You can't stay in FL comfortably without an AC. We didn't turn it on - which made our stay miserable because of the heat! 8) Old bathtub faucets gave us a hard time using the shower - not to say shower head was barely (if not at all) adjustable. 9) Washer and dryer can only be used from 8am till 8pm. In case you're away for a day and want to use it in the morning or in the evening - you can't. Which I found very inconvenient. 10) Outside area used to have a cement bench a table. Now it's broken and beware leaning or putting anything on that table - it can fall apart at any time. 11) There was a sneaky cat that was ALWAYS trying to run into the apt. It can't be sooshed and paid no attention. We wanted to open the doors since the AC wasn't working, but we can't.

The place is spacious and clean. Had all the amenities I needed and the beach gear was a plus. The location is amazing with many facilities within walking distance. Quiet and pleasant..

The property is in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood that is convenient to shopping and the beach. I felt safe walking alone through the neighborhood and biking to shopping and beach destinations during the day. The unit has good lighting and is well appointed with quality linens, a fully stocked kitchen, practical furniture and a large screen TV. Having a full size fridge was great. There are both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The bed is on the softer side and comfortable. Both a/c units work well, and I was impressed damp towels and bathing suits dried pretty quickly when hung up. Check-in and check-out were easy.

1204 Hainsley Apartments. Safe, Secure, Great Location. Ticks all the boxes.

Shopping at nearby stores was great. Having everything to hand in the kitchen allowed me to cook my own meals.

Not necessarily didn't like . Just a few comments. Little things. A ceiling fan in the bedroom (I'm not a fan of AC). Paper and pen. Small food containers to keep cooked food in the fridge. A telephone number for a taxi service. I had problems with both Lyft and Uber not recognising my number despite it being approved when I opened an account with them. My departure taxi got cancelled at the last minute. I had to call my friend to order for me. And the TV hardly ever produced a consistent reception.-it kept freezing.

Apt is nice and clean, good location.With assigned parking.Wifi worked well.Comfortable bed and pillows.Got everything needed in the kitchen, living room and bathroom that worked well.Washer and dryer at the back -very convenient.Matthew has excellent customer service!He communicated regularly to make sure that all was in order.Strongly recommends this place.

Hidden gem

Location was perfect. It was very clean and spacious enough for me and my lady. Great neighborhood as well.

The bathroom tiles were peeling,so it looked a little dated,but I still give this place high remarks and would definitely recommend it to any of my friends or fam.

I had a wonderful one week stay.The apt is in a nice neighborhood, clean and equipped with stuff that one needs, to include toiletries, hot water, kitchen stuff- including spices.Bed was comfortable.Wifi worked well.Guaranteed parking .With washer and dryer at the back of Apt 5. The host Matthew provided excellent customer service-gave clear /detailed instruction, followed up to ensure that everything in the unit was working...Thank you. Strongly recommends this place.

Amazing Experience

The place was clean and very cozy. The air conditioners were in good condition and everything was comfy. Honestly, everything we needed was available which was super amazing. Not only was there a laundry place on site but the tenant also provided detergent. Super convenient in that sense and also with the dishes, toaster, umbrellas, beach towels, and chairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area to stay here. If I could give this place a score higher out of 10 I would.
