Exceptional apartment and resort

On arrival Niksa (owner) met us from our taxi, helped us in with our luggage. Gave us a tour of the apartment and the pool area and outside kitchen etc. Then showed us down to the harbour and local restaurants. Location wise the apartments are so central, can literally be at bars and restaurants in 2 minutes. However what we also loved so much, was that apartment and pool area were so quiet and not overlooked. The views from the apartment are amazing, harbour, sea and mountains. Cavtat is a stunning resort, suitable for families, groups of friends and couples. We tried 6 restaurants in 7 nights, all of them were superb. Great choice of seafood, meat and wine, very accommodating for the children and friendly service. Also a good selection of bars, cafes and bakeries. Having been to Croatia twice now, the locals have on both occasions made us feel very welcome, they are genuinely friendly people and very proud of their country. Having been to Spain and Portugal numerous times I certainly haven’t been made to feel as welcomed. Would thoroughly recommended Cavtat and Kralj Ana apartments. Only just got back today, but pretty sure we will be back next year.

Mosquitos at night were annoying, but seem to find that on every holiday I’ve been on. Niksa kindly got us some mosquito plugs and that got rid of them.

Lovely pool and great outdoor kitchen.

Located next to a church and church bells went off at 6am every morning and this was unfortunately not very relaxing when you're on holiday Plus cavtat is right under flight path and very loud

The location and outside space in particular was fantastic.Welcome pack/goodies an unexpecteded bonus as was our pet /resident Turtle ! A wonderful place to stay in beatiful Cavtat

Top class apt worth the money for the quality and super nice owners. Would definitely return

Location was very central just 2 min walk from the harbour with its bars and restaurants and super yachts and set in a traditional setting. The pool and outdoor bbq area were first class. The apt was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and added extras eg washing up items and extra bedding. I added a request as it was our anniversary and we got a lovely card and wine which was better than some leading hotels in all honestly we were really impressed

Cavtat is situated on the flight path into DBV final approach which you get used too and came in short bursts. Located very close to a church with its bells and again you get used to it and actually felt you were in a proper rustic place which personally we liked the charm of it.

Best holiday ever!

Lovely host Barbara. Beautiful view. Amazing garden and pool! Fabulous to have an outdoor kitchen area. There was even a tortoise living in the garden 😍

A beautiful, clean apartment with excellent facilities in the heart of Cavtat Old Town.

The location of the apartment in the heart of the old town is perfect to access local beaches and restaurants. The pool area is lovely with sun beds, umbrellas, a hot shower and a shaded BBQ kitchen area with tables and chairs. The apartment and pool area were spotlessly clean. Barbara, the owner, was there to greet us on arrival and left us a lovely welcome pack of snacks, fruit, water and a small bottle of local liquor. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of four for week’s stay and we will definitely return. Having two bathrooms was also a bonus.

One thing for future guests to note - the jacuzzi is not available for all apartments to use, only the ground floor apartment. This is not clear in the property facilities details.

Quiet and relaxenable stay ,ownerd did all they can to make our stay memorable.

Everything, small details as fairy lights, whitest bedding I ever had chance to sleep on, outdoor shower ,excellent olive oil... unobtrusiveness of the owners, view , bus and boat stop closeness...

As a family we booked all 3 apartments which worked out brilliantly as all had their own facilities.

The property is perfectly located and spotlessly clean and the hosts are extremely helpful. As a family we booked all 3 apartments and it worked perfectly, all having their own facilities. The pool area, for the children was invaluable and they had an amazing time, all whilst being in the centre of Cavtat. Will be returning. X

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent with a very short walk to cafes and restaurants. The pool and surrounding outside space were beautiful and very unexpected for an apartment in the old town.

Excellent apartment in amazing Cavtat Location!

The property was perfectly located, was very clean and had everything needed for a family holiday. The pool and bbq area were beautiful. The hosts were friendly and kind and made us feel at home.

Very clean, and fabulous location, marina, swim areas, restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk away Owners are very helpful

Would advise blackout out blinds on skylights in upstairs rooms Apartment would benefit from having a pool

Amazing location, great appartment.

Fantastic appartment in a prime location in Cavtat, overlooking Cavtat' marina. Close to absolutely everything. Owners are very accommodating. Highly recommended.
