Spotless stay

Excellent apartment in a fantastic and vibrant neighborhood. The apartment is very modern, sparkling clean and has all the amenities that can make your stay really easy. Everything is within walking distance and the metro which is the best way to move around the city is just a breath away. The hosts are very friendly and always respond within minutes. I will come back for sure. Thank you Yannis and Rena.

Two Great Nights in Ma Maison

The location of the apartment is wonderful!!! Being a touist, the metro is horrible that the thieves are famous in Athens. But the location of the metro station is just great!! It is on the blue line of the metro!!!! It is a modern style place in Athens I think. The cooking set and all the cooking and drinking properties are really great and clean! Appreciate!! The balcony is great! But the pub near the apartment will make much noise!! It is live band!! They will play at night. In other words, it is also great for people who enjoy the music like me, you can sit outside to listen the live band for free! The hotel hosts (Yannis & Tolis) are helpful and friendly. They tried hard to answer the question that I asked. They helped us to arrange the transfer to the airport and from port to their apartment!! The WIFI network is Perfect!

The art piece is a little bit weird inside the room.

nice loft in Athens

well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, had is own small balcony, very good WiFi and the host was very helpful

My only, very minor criticism is a lack of draining board for washing-up. The only cloth provided (for drying?) Left fibres on the crockery. Of course we don't need a dishwasher, but these simple additions would improve the place. The fact these comments might appear minor, is because they are, otherwise the place is very nicely appointed close enough to the centre if you are a walker, and a metro station if you are not.

Exceptional

Yannis’ flat is a gem. Clean, comfortable and with all amenities. Perfect location to explore Athens. Check in was smooth and communication was on point. I was met with the highest level of hospitality & my bags were carried in. Just a few minutes walk from bars, clubs, restaurants and touristic spots. Although in the heart of vibrant Gazi, the flat is located in a surprisingly quiet street. Yannis is very sweet and always willing to help. Nice view over Technopolis. Stop looking for a place in Athens and stay there. I highly recommend and will be back.

the design of the apartment is exceptional. location is fantastic for night life and metro.

the shower was a bit uncomfortable, i wish i had a bigger shower towel. but everything else was just over my expectations. bravo

Perfecf location! Very close to the sightseeing and colse to bars and restaurants. Clean place wit good kitchen facilities.

The bed was too soft and the pillows waren too small for adults.

Not for a quiet stay...

new facilities, spacious size of the flat, the host was very responsive

The flat is located in a kind of industrial or construction area. You see construction workers out of the window, within just a few meters away and in same height of the balcony, therefore it is not possible to keep opening the blinds during the day. Live music played at the weekend until 4AM from the bars outside and then construction started from 6AM. We couldn't sleep at all because of noise then decided to move to another hotel after one night. The host told us that he would like to refund for the night that we didn't stay although we haven't asked, but it didn't happened at the end. Also, there is no curtain or glass wall in shower.

very good location, easy access to the apartment and the owner was very helpful always communicating with me via WhatsApp.

it’s not about the apartment but the pub that’s right next to it, they have a live band that plays till around 2 am which makes it hard to fall asleep.

Excellent location, very close to metro station, 20 min. walk from Acropolis, plenty places around to eat and drink. Clean apartament, very well equipped with easy access and self check in/out Nice host, polite and helpful, always asking if everything was OK or if we needed anything.

A little noisy (building structure), during the night can be disturbing for someone sensitive in sleep (it was acceptable for us). No parking available near the building, there's a public parking nearby (few minutes walk) so you have to dich the luggages first. The price for 2 days was 25 euro.

Very good

Excellent location! Easy transport from airport and only one stop from center of Athens. Feels safe area. Nice vibrant area with music and food. Comfortable bed and clean. Everything you need for multiple nights in Athens.

Unfortunately there is constraction site just across the building. So some noise early in the morning. Also a nice jazz bar which also can be noisy late at night. A pair of earbuds can do the job if you are sensitive. The TV was in odd position. Not comfortable for watching.

The owners, the location, the music from the jazz bar around the corner, and the owners that were so friendly and welcoming.

The steep step just outside the building door. Didn’t bother me that much but just mentioning it for people with reduced mobility.

Great host, nice place

Very nice host, very helpful at all times Apartment in good location, Gazi neighborhood has plenty of interesting things to do, relatively close to Plaka and Monastiraki

Noise was a bit of an issue during my stay, late night music outside and then building work in front of the apartment every day from 7am even on Saturday, made it difficult to rest, hopefully it was a one-off Overall, my stay was nice

Excellent!!!

Fantastic apartment well equipped with all the amenities you need. The place was comfortable and sparkling clean. The view over Technopolis is amazing especially at night. Very well located, 5 minutes walking distance from the city center, plus that is very close to the metro. Yannis and Rena were very fantastic hosts and easy to communicate with.

Unique!!!!

A fantastic stop over in Athens. The loft is unique in terms of design with exceptional views over Technopolis and by far the cleanest apartment i have ever stayed in. The hosts are very warm and friendly. They were always available and answered all my questions within minutes. They also gave me a handmade gift which was a very nice gesture. Thank you Yannis and Rena I will certainly come back.

Impeccable

Sparkling clean loft with excellent unobstructed views over Technopolis in Gazi. Minimal decoration with all the amenities that you may need. Situated in the center of Athens you can move around even by foot. The most beautiful pavement road in Athens starts at 100 meters away. From there you can be in Monastiraki or Thissio in 5 minutes, in Acropolis or Syntagma square in 15-20 minutes by foot. The metro station is also a breath away if you want to go further. The hosts were very welcoming and their response rate was out of this world. They responded within a minute every time i had a question. I will be back as soon as possible.
