The location was perfect for our stay. The living area and kitchen were spacious , the kitchen was well stocked. Room 9 suited us as some of us have mobility issues.

awkward parking access - large ute

The unit was exceptionally well appointed. All things that were needed for a stay were provided including a great range of initial complementary products plus many extras that are usually not provided i.e. outdoor hose, own clothes line, glass cleaner, extra rubbish bags, air freshener, carpet cleaner, lots of pillows, aluminium foil, cling wrap etc. Only a non-stick frypan, tongs and plastic egg slide would improve it. The knives were unbelievable. This is the first accommodation I have ever stayed where the knives were sharp and usable, well done! The location is excellent with big glass windows, sliding doors to outdoor areas and a wonderful lake view. The overall cleanliness of the unit was very good apart from the top of the range hood and fridge, and many appliances appeared to be new. The large screen TV was great. The bathroom had a heated towel rail that helped counter the limited indoor towel hanging space. Onsite parking immediately adjacent to the unit is a real plus. We chose the unit for it's pet friendliness option. Excellent communication from the hosts.

The toilet cistern setup was a disaster. The button was so hard to push that children or elderly could not flush it. The cistern itself had no lid, was located in a false cupboard (with no roof) in the second bedroom (not the toilet) and was held in place by a wooden spoon jammed/wired between the cupboard and cistern. We had to implement a "no flushing at night" rule as the noise from it was so loud it would wake everyone in the second bedroom. The shower curtain setup needs replacing. The WiFi was unusable. Raised floor levels in the bathroom and toilet are a trip hazard. A second key would have been more convenient than having to use a lock box.

The location was great,short walk to all amenities.

Needs updating, floor coverings need renewing.Toilet doesn’t flush clean after use. The toilet brush needs replacing, it’s rusty on the top of it.May need a pest controller as we saw a few cockroaches & ants.

Everything. The property was kept well and so close to everything we walked everywhere during our trip.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Nice swimming pool. Amazing views from the balcony (unit 1). We enjoyed watching the change of scenery as tides alternated the water levels .

The property is very dated. The pool was empty - presumably this is seasonal but was not clear when booking. The Wifi is very poor and only usable upstairs.

Location was fantastic close to shops and clubs, right acroos the road from main lake, a lovely view. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well provided for.

The upkeep of the unit could be better, the unit needs up dating it is very dated ie. shower curtain around shower (very dated), shower itself dangerous re hot water, it is scalding and it is hard to adjust, lack of wardrobe storage space in both bedrooms not suitable for longer stays. Rear outdoor area needs cleaning and weeding. Curtains on front window facing street were torn and need replacement. On arrival had to request the rubbish from previous stayers be emptied and also the kitchen sink needed cleaning.
