A place with good vibes and attention to detail

The space is nice and clean. Everything works and all the essentials are present, even some extra small details and things that make the stay even more pleasant

Luxurious is the right word, so much better than most hotels

Extremely comfortable and luxurious apartment in the brand new building. Everything was topnotch and the range of accessories was impressive. The furnishings were high quality and very stylish. The apartment was on the 7th floor, so we enjoyed the beautiful city view and sunset light. Free parking, good location, 10min walk from the city center. I will definitely visit again since it is now my new favorite place in Tartu :)

Superb stay in Tartu

Everything was perfect for a week stay in Tartu. The whole flat was clean, well planned and cosy. Liked the kitchen, which was equipped with all needed equipment plus TV set with Netflix subscription. Did I mention parking space? Was handy, since we arrived with car. Overall, great place, with just 5-10 minutes away from main Tartu places of interest. Coffee, tea and apples complimentary.

We liked the spaciousness, equipment, cleanliness and comfort of the apartments. Good attitude !

Breakfast is not important. Location was good.

What could have been better? The entrance is not straight (there is a lawn!!!
