Dreadful other than wifi access

Nothing much at all, extractor fan not working, no coffee pot, jug kitchen cloths,basic welcome cheap coffee, tea. Basic toiletries. Noisy situation. Very hard to locate office for keys. As a pensioner the company most inhospitable with my grandson staying

Apartment needs a furniture upgrade as it looks old and tatty.

View from the apartment was great. Beds were comfortable but the only thing with the single beds, they weren't long enough as my boys feet were hanging out the end.

I didn't like the door to the bathroom, it was a sliding door but it wasn;t a smooth slider it took all my strength to get it to close and there was no lock on it either. I did mention about it when I returned the keys to Q-Stay Reception. I also had trouble getting out of the couch as it is a well worn couch that's been well used and needs upgrading.

Absolute disgrace

All went downhill from the beginning, requested an early check in as we had a wedding to attend at 4pm and a 3pm check was not going to work. We arrived at 2pm told the room was not ready and we would have to wait until 3pm. We made it very clear we must be in by 3pm. Went for a walk arrived back at check in for them to tell us the cleaners were still in the room cleaning and it won’t be ready until 3:30pm even though it’s a 3pm check in!! I said I cannot wait any longer I need to go to the room I need the keys it is what it is. When we arrived the cleaners had stuff everywhere! Tripped over getting through the door at 3:15pm We booked for a family of 5 one of our children had to sleep on the couch using whatever pillows and blankets where available and that was one pillow without and pillow case and a throw rug of one of the beds, as we did not have time to complain about not having the extra bed for him. The key fob didn’t work for the parking so again delayed our entry and the car park absolutely stunk like human waste spoke with a resident and she said the normal and this is a good day it’s normal much worse. Wifi didn’t work on any of the tvs so no Netflix and the only tv station available was ABC Staff were rude we asked for directions to the room and the man at the desk point behind him and said it’s the way look for Woolworths. For $800 a night you can stick your hotel up your you know what!

Lovely hotel definitely will be back!

The pools were awesome and cooking was made so easy with all the kitchen utensils.

It could have been cleaner. Lounge needed a deep clean and blankets weren’t washed prior to us arriving! Also the people above us partied all night causing a lot of noise down to us!

Breathtaking views! Would stay here again.

We stayed at 3 bedroom sub-penthouse. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need with beach, river and canal views in every corner of the property. Location and facilities are excellent! Close to restaurants, shops and public transports. Minutes from Surfers Paradise beach. Would definitely stay here again.

At check in, we were advised that a deposit of $500 is required. This was not made clear upon booking and when I asked the staff where this was stated on booking.com.au, it was under the "Check before your stay section". For transparency, customers should be made aware of this prior to booking so no hidden costs. Refund will be after 7 days from check out which is quite a long time. Also, property could be cleaner. Bath tub was not clean and carpet was tired and damaged.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Top value for money, close to all facilities and the view to the beach was sensational. Love the small kitchen , could prepare meals everyday. Free car parking down stairs at no extra charge

We couldn’t sit out on the balcony as often as we liked as there were people next floor up kept on smoking. We thought that this was disgusting and was unpleasant. We took it to management at Q- Stay and complained several times and said the apartments were strictly non smoking. They gave us security number and we complained to them they just said it wasn’t there problem. There needs to be more pro active on the part of management. So we were angry and seems to us that no one cared. It was noisy at night from outside but we can’t control that. The button on the toilet was really hard to flush. It needs changing.

The location, it was very tidy and the staff was great very welcoming.

The bed was very springy and very uncomfortable for the first night sleep. Slept on the two single in the living room for the rest of the stay.

A great place to relax or enjoy the night life of Cavill Ave

The location was handy to Cavill Ave with great views of the ocean. The unit was presented perfectly especially the decore with all the home comforts making it a great getaway.

Will happily book again

Beautiful apartment. Very clean inside. Great view. Had everything we needed, full kitchen, comfy lounge, big tv, 2 bathrooms and a laundry. Location is excellent. Have stayed in this building many times and will be back many more times. Easy to pick up keys from nearby.

There is literally only one bad thing about the apartment. The verandah was infested with cockroaches once it got dark. We bought some spray and gave it a thorough spray and killed about 50 on the first night, it wasn't as bad after that. I understand roaches are common in coastal areas but it needs to be professionally sprayed so the verandah can be usable at night. There were none inside the apartment at all.

Location, views and the sunshine were all amazing.

Location and views were amazing, plenty of room for a family of 5, easy walk to beach, restaurants and activities.

Smell from the cigarette smoke wafting in to our apartment from other people smoking on their balconies.

So close to evrything you need , woolworths just down the lift ,lots of eateries .views were awesome , great kitchen comfy bed , great shower warm , colourful birds came to visit , pool , gym big TV .
