Modern but cosy

It was really modern and the view from the balcony is way better in person than the photos. The owner was really accommodating and professional. Would definitely stay again

There wasn’t any toilet paper/dishwasher tablets but this was a tiny negative compared to how great the place was!

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z wyboru.

Apartament zlokalizowany blisko zatoki i terenu spacerowego. W niewielkiej odległości sklepy spożywcze, bar, pizzeria oraz przystanki autobusowe. Lokal czysty i przygotowany na przyjęcie gości. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Pokoje duże i wygodne, każdy pokój posiada własną łazienkę. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy trzy pokoje oraz duży salon połączony z kuchnią. Rewelacyjny kontakt z właścicielem, zarówno przed przyjazdem, jak i w trakcie pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Удобное расположение, с балкона открывается вид на море, чисто и аккуратно👌

Немного прохладный пол в январе, необходимо взять с собой комнатную обувь

Very clean, good value for money

Was very clean. Some things did not work but was fixed very fast by owner. Easy check in during the night. Room has everything you need, all things are new. TV has Netflix. Also there is common room, I did not use it, but is a nice option for longer stays to have opportunity for cooking or washing clothes. Nice pizza place very close to the property. Balcony has a water view on the on side (other side is construction).

Location is not perfect. Marsaskala turned out to be quite dirty. There is one nice beach (but construction work is next to it) and one nice hiking spot in a walking distance. Otherwise you have to go to cities using annoying public transportation (never in time). Also there is construction work next to the property. But it's nothing to do with the room which was very good.

Podzimní rodinná dovolená

Úžasné ubytování. Apartmán je nový, vše bylo čisté a udržované. Potěšila vlastní sprcha a wc na každém pokoj. Kuchyně byla dostatečně vybavená. Je zde také mycka, mikrovlnná trouba a kavovar. V apartmánu byla také pračka. Při příjezdu nás milé překvapila malá mýdla a sprchový šampon, nachlazená voda v lednici a možnost uvařit si kafe nebo čaj. Je vidět že se pan majitel o ubytování opravdu velmi pečlivě stará. Komunikace byla velmi rychlá a příjemná. Určitě doporučuji navštívit.

Trochę za daleko od Valetty i do Gozo. Trzeba sporo podróżować autobusem

Excellent option during summer time

The room is brand new, clean and silent, there is a kitchen with a few items (microwave and cutlery) that made possible to buy and eat breakfast there. There is also a washing machine, that was extremely helpful since we just had a backpack and were coming straight from another trip. The neighborhood is lovely and there are very nice beaches to swim around, specially in St Thomas bay. There are also a few nice supermarkets and restaurants around.

For us it was quite okay, but it takes 45 min by bus to reach Valetta, so it is a bit distant from the fuzz, although the neighborhood is lovely.

An excellent stay with a helpful host, clean and serene property, and easy access to buses

We had a fantastic experience during our stay! The host was incredibly attentive and always available to help, making our time here truly enjoyable. The property was immaculate and provided a peaceful environment. Additionally, the convenient location near several bus stops made it easy for us to explore the area. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay.

Great Holiday in the south of Malta

Lovely apartment just off the waterfront. The apartment was clean and modern and a perfect size. We are a couple and this was perfect but could have easily fitted a small family due to the pull-out sofa. We did not find any issues with parking along the bay - sometimes there was a few minutes walk but this was not a problem.

The host made it very easy to arrive with easy to understand instructions for collection of keys. We had a minor fault in the room and this was fixed within 10 minutes.

Amazing

Edmond was an amazing host. He met me to help me check-in to the accommodation and become familiar with the building and surrounds. He was incredible flexible with check-out time and provided me great advice for nearby restaurants and markets. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, extremely clean and comfortable in the perfect location with a lovely view of the water.

We loved our stay here, the apartment is spacious, modern and clean, it has everything needed. We really liked the big balcony with the side view of the sea. The host was very kind and helpful, gave us good tips on where to go when we arrived.
