Everything was great! Excellent communication with the owner! Having filtered water was a nice touch as you can not drink the tap water in Brazil! Awesome views!

Just a suggestion: The kitchen lightening is dark and VERY limited counter space. If they put the toaster oven on a shelf above the stove that would free up counter space. As a former chef I would recommend newer stainless pots and pans. The teflon pots and pans currently are well used and very scratched up. More kitchen supplies, glassware, sealable containers, plastic wrap, put a shelf on wall near the kitchen to hold the coffee maker and grocery supplies. Free up the counter space!!! The stove top works great. Not a user friendly kitchen. That is the only downside to our stay.

Really nice and excellent apartment with superb view. The technical equipment (kitchen, A/C, TV, Wifi) were all very good.

A very small note: although (or because) the apartment lies about 8 stories above the major coast street, the noise level at open window is constantly around 70 dB(A). However, you can close off the bedroom with two rows of tight windows. We decided to hold on to the open windows, so that we could hear the waves at night, which bring around 45 dB(A).
