Great family experience, architectural design was amazing. We didn't want to leave. Great pools and grounds.

Magnificent views, great design - each person has their own space. Beautiful spacious grounds and facilities. Perfect location for the Surfers Paradise experience.

Wonderful property with a breathtaking view. Property managers were very attentive.

Location was amazing. Property management staff were very responsive to our needs.

Furnishings were dated, with stains on the couch and chips on the sideboard, carpets needed cleaning or replacing.

Exceptional

Besides everything mentioned above the hotel amenities excellent, apartment is beautiful with stunning view's of the ocean and the mountains. Excellent location to all shops, beach and restaurants and bars

Indoor pool echoes alot, too many loud teenagers using the indoor pool spoiled it for the kids and families also using the pool. Grumpy old man who resides at the hotel yelling at young kids and being very rude and unpleasant.
