Located in a very good area, staff friendly, very supportive owner

Second time staying at this apartment. First time the WIFI played up at times. Looks like they took note of people’s feedbacks and have put WIFI routers in each and every apartment. Very spacious, clean, quiet location, great staff and great owner. 24 hr security and the security guys are really nice. My stay was great and will always make this place my home when I’m Dar.

Very quiet place day and night. One of the best hotels I have ever been in. Super helpfull and pro staff. Close to Coco beach and not far from city. Great. 11 stars out of 10:)

Bathroom was good to use with a window that connected to bedroom
The photos of the property show rooms with balcony facing a pool. The room I had was at the back of the building, no balcony facing wall and dark. The rooms were uncomforably large and dark with small windows facing a walled fence.
Fittings in bathroom were broken and passages dark ar night.
Pool was unusable and told was leaking, deck chairs broken and cushions missing. Could not use this area. Poorly maintaied and not good value for money.

Great location. Hassle-free check in. Very spacious and clean accomodation in Oyster bay area. Short walk to Coco beach. Good pool

Nice big rooms, extra room for kitchen/living and bedroom. In general nice property, easygoing people, nice restaurant on site.
The wifi could be a bit better speedwise, but it was mostly stable.

location Very close to the ocean. You can jogging close by the beach.
No breakfast, although you can cook there is a lot of kitchen stuff which if you prefer and my room is in the first floor so oppsite to the sun. So it was very dark if there was no light during the day. Checkin on Saturday and by then the staff had all gone and the water string was blocked. So I had to bear it until Monday for the maintenance lady to help me solve that problem.

We loved that it was in the center of Dar es Salaam, on a calm and stress-free street with no traffic. Manager was attentive.

The appartement was very spacious, and held all necessary facilities. The bed was ver comfortable, as were the showers. While the temperature outside was quite warm, the airco kept the appartement cool. Our host helped us with printing out the boarding pass for the airport.
The pool did not hold any water. It didn't really matter because we did not have enough time to spend there any way, but it would be nice tp have known in advance.

The neighborhood was lovely and quiet even though it is only a few minutes' drive from the city centre. The apartment was extremely spacious. It was clean and we felt safe staying there.

+ Perfect location, close to the Downtown (with great Indian restaurant Chawpatty), Coco Beach, The Slipway
+ Save and quiet even if it is close to restaurant
+ Big and comfy bed
- Difficult to find. This is on the same place that Amigos Restaurant, so look for this place.
- Poor kitchen equipment, forget about making coffee
- It took ages to staff to change soap disposer in the bathroom.
- Very hot or cold water in the shower - impossible to get the balance but it is common in Tanzania :-)

This is a clean, spacious, comfortable non-fussy serviced apartment. It is not an apartment hotel with a manned reception desk. The decor and appointments are a little more simple and practical than a very touristy place. For my needs and purposes it is great and plan to stay again on my return trip.

The apartment was very spacious and very well maintained. The kitchenette had everything we needed.
We were just minutes from the shoreline where we could go for a walk or run and enjoy the beauty of the ocean.
Amigos Restaurant in front of the property is an added amenity that we enjoyed.

Big spacious single bedroom apartments complete well put together kitchen complete with all the utensils you could need. Complementary tea, coffee and bottled water waiting on check in.
Would have been great if there could have been breakfast served on site - but that is something that is not expected in an apartment hotel.

The pool was amazing and could be used until 10:30pm, the balcony of the room was also a huge plus and very big, the staff war very friendly and helpful and were able to help and accommodate us with anything we needed.
The location of the hotel was a slight disadvantage, as you couldn't do anything by foot and had to uber everywhere. The charge for laundry was a little high.
