They made us feel at home and like in a fairy tale in blue! If we could, we would give this place 10 stars. The friendly help was always there. Great people, great location and great food. Anytime again!
Nothing we did not like.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ottima colazione e camere pulite.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Location outside the Medina so the cab could take us straight there. Elevator and AC were a plus. Room was sparkling clean and very detailed decoration. Close to the taxi stand.
It is up hill to get into the Medina- so if you’re not used to climbing steps you should know this.

We also stayed at the blue room. Perfect room, colour, air conditioning, shutters, spacious shower. Breakfast was nice make sure to get there early so you don’t have to wait. Host was kind enough to drop us off at the bus station for free. Highly recommended.
Nothing not to like!

Loved the design of the hotel and the hospitality of the hosts. The staff went out of their way to do laundry for us since this was about the halfway point of our time in Morocco. The room was very clean, overly spacious, and not too far from the bus station. Thank you!

Most people working there are very nice.
Breakfast is very good.
Good for cardio walking to the main town.
1.Unfortunately the hotel had to do some construction works, so it wasn't comfortable during midday, when we wanted to rest a little bit.
2. I guess not all rooms are OK. Lower level, middle rooms are not quite what you should expect from photos. So watch out for no 10.
3. Distance from the main town but mostly going uphill makes it difficult for some of us who are not used to walk that much. Something it is not apparent from the comments we read before booking. I am sure other people will feel the same way as we do.
4. Price is too much due to comments 1 and 2. Comment 3 is just for those who might want that kind of information.

I had the pleasure of spending a delightful day at Puerta Azur in Chefchaouen, Morocco, and it was a great experience. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were captivated by its charm, impeccable service, and warm hospitality.
The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated conveniently near the center of Chefchaouen, allowing me to explore the picturesque blue streets with ease.
Upon check-in, I was greeted by the most courteous and helpful receptionist, Mouad. His professionalism, kindness, and eagerness to assist made me feel immediately welcomed. His local insights and recommendations made my experience even more authentic and enjoyable.
The Hotel Puerta Azur itself was a haven of comfort and relaxation. My room was beautifully appointed, featuring traditional Moroccan décor and modern amenities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, creating a soothing atmosphere after a long day of exploration.
The breakfast at Puerta Azur was simply outstanding. The selection of freshly prepared local delicacies was a true delight for the taste buds. From the fragrant mint tea to the mouthwatering pastries, each bite was a culinary journey through Moroccan flavors.
All in all, Puerta Azur exceeded my expectations in every way. The outstanding service, prime location, and inviting ambiance made it a perfect retreat for a day in Chefchaouen. I cannot recommend this charming hotel enough, and I will surely be returning for a more extended stay in the future.
If you're looking for an unforgettable experience in Chefchaouen, make sure to choose Puerta Azur. It's a gem that deserves all the praise and recognition. Thank you, Puerta Azur, for making my stay in Chefchaouen truly exceptional!

Great location. Short walk into the main Medina and restaurants. Fantastic private parking which is a huge plus if you’re renting a vehicle. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean, authentic, and spacious.
Pillows are firm, but that is a matter of preference.

What a lovely place! It continues the "blue city" motif and the staff is wonderful! Breakfast was very good and all requests by guests were quickly accommodated. The elevator was a surprise bonus! Comfy beds and a quiet location.
Although not an issue for us as we had a driver, it is a small distance to the main attractions and shopping in Chefchaouen.

Abdul was a wonderful host. Very attentive offering help and advice for exploring the area. He speaks french, Spanish, Arabic and English very well The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. There was a kettle to make drinks and a small stove, although there were no plates or cutlery only a couple of glasses. Breakfast was very good including eggs, croissants, two types of bread, olives, honey, jam, juice coffee etc. It is a short walk to the centre where you will find all the necessary shops, cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
No coat hangers in the cupboard. No mug or cup for my morning tea! But not really too much of an issue. The blind in our bedroom was broken but we were so tired it didnt really matter after our explorations as we were tired.

Wet bathroom floor from shower and sweating toilet. Location was perfect for us but it is an uphill walk to the Medina.

The location is very good, just outside the medina - quieter and with space for parking (underground). The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable with nice view (3rd floor). The staff is polite and they upgraded us to the nicest biggest room for free. Clean and cosy.
Everything was great.
