Beautiful guest house in a fantastic location - our room was amazing- loved sitting on the balcony on the sofa - very relaxing . Check in lady was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choice.

Very overpriced- we realised we were visiting during spring break and the price we paid was over double we would have paid if we had visited a couple of weeks later !!

Great room and great location!

Das historische Haus liegt direkt am Anfang der Duval Street im Süden. Der Weg zum Southern Most Point ist in einer Minute gemacht. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Bett ist bequem. Der Parkplatz war für Hotelgäste kostenlos und musste nicht vorab reserviert werden. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle waren vorhanden. Das Frühstück war in Buffet Form, klein aber alles vorhanden was für einen guten Start in den Tag nötig ist. Jeden Tag gibt es ein freies Getränk an der Bar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen zu der Umgebung.

We liked everything about the property

It’s in a nice location, and the room was nice.

It was a bit noisy. Honestly, it’s way too expensive for what you get. But most things are these days. I indicated we would be there for my husband’s 50th, and said anything special they could say or do to help us celebrate would be very appreciated. So I was a bit sad when they said and did nothing and also were not the Florida friendly we’re used to in SWFL. I was underwhelmed by most of it (obvi the breakfast wasn’t good, but that’s never surprising in the U.S.). The bartender Max was the nicest part of the stay. He was so nice, remembered our names, and was great to my husband when we told him it was his birthday. We’ll try somewhere else next time.

Water pressure for shower was poor

Very clean, well stocked room- fridge, microwave, coffee maker, outlets, towels, etc. The continental breakfast was great, as were the free drink coupons for the outdoor bar each day!

It's at the south end of Duval (you can see the Southernmost buoy from here!), so most restaurants/bars are at the other end (1 mile). It was quieter, and the beach is across the street (although you have to pay for chairs/ umbrella, because this is not associated with the resort/Guesthouses there-- very confusing since the name is the same)
