Was just ok.

The place is very neat and the WIFI works perfectly.

There's only one thing the owner complains about the gate I'm just wondering if a group of people were to book the place what would happen. We had an early flight and had to work up early and that's when he complained.

John was friendly and helpful. Check-in / check-out were very easy. No load-shedding due to proximity to the sugar mill!

Great as ever and will be even better without load shedding

Having stayed at this location before and we came back because we know how lovely it is. We are also privileged to have got to know the owners well and they are a delightful couple. They are in the process of installing inverters to overcome load shedding. We will definitely come back.

OUTSTANDING place! Highly recommended

Everything was perfect. There are good places and there are excellent places. Then, there is 870 on Riverview Drive! The apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything. Wifi works perfectly. And it is very well located also. But the top of it was the owners' attention. They helped us with all the questions we had and they were very attentive to make our stay exceptional. They even helped us to organize a 14 hour drive we were going to have the next day by giving us recommendations on the best route, places to avoid, places to eat... Incredible!

All venues could learn something from 870

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Our host communicated with us right from the start and ensured all our questions were well-answered. The accommodation was absolutely perfect and can not be faulted in any way whatsoever. We will be staying at 870 again and I expect it will be very soon. If all accommodation was this good we would be living in a perfect world.

We didn't like that we have to leave after such a short stay.

Everything, including the welcome by the owners. We arrived there later than anticipated (midnight) and the owners waited for us and even directed us as we were getting lost. Such love and welcoming spirit stood out for us. She took time to show us around the bonus was - in the morning she became our photographer ....*wink*

Wonderful accommodation…absolutely perfect in every way!!

Peaceful, neat and clean… Everything about this place was to the tee. I would highly recommend it. The drive to St Lucia is about 30 mins and there is a Pick n Pay around the corner.

Perfect!

Very large house with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The staff really went out of their way and even did our laundry and washed our car. The place is very secure, it is located in a gated area. Comfortable bed. Extremely clean, even the microwave and water cooker were completely clean. Very good location, centrally located for both St. Lucia and the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi park.

One small thing was that the WiFi coverage was a bit low, which caused the WiFi to drop sometimes, but for the rest everything really was perfect.

We had a fantastic and very spacious self-catering cottage in a safe and quiet area.

Firstly I should mention that safe parking was on the spacious and locked premises and under a roof. There is excellent free WiFi. Both aforementioned are noted as being unavailable when booking. The very spacious self-catering cottage we had was exceptional in all respects. Our host John was most helpful. We felt very safe.

The location of the establishment is somewhat removed from touristic attraction spots / nature reserves... but then again it was in a very quiet and safe area.

Perfect, amazing value for money

Everything was amazing. Spotlessly clean and very well-equipped, even with items like a powerful hairdryer, mosquito plugs and pool towels. The bedroom was huge, with more drawers than my entire home!
