The owners were very hands on and they checked up on us all the time. Breakfast was great, room was very clean, view was superb. Definitely coming back again to stay here. Thank you Dee and Richard!

The guest has essentially located in Saint Francis. Theos are wonderful and gave us great recommendations all along the way it is very close to the beach and a great café and is very safe day and night. Restaurant options are superb. Rooms are extremely clean and very comfy, you even have a little patio outside in the back of the room. Everything looks like in the pictures. We especially enjoyed speaking with Richard and Dee, which made our stay even more outstanding. Breakfast was very delicious and had a huge variety. Overall, we wish we could’ve stayed longer, but can recommend this location to any and everyone.

We loved this guesthouse in St. Francis. The location is excellent (very close to the ocean), rooms big, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated (we stayed at the zebra room). The bathroom is newly renovated with an excellent shower. Breakfast was excellent with choices of freshly prepared hot/cold dishes in a beautiful dining room. Above all- the owners are such lovely and kind people, and we highly enjoyed their hospitality.

There is no air-conditioning, but there is a fan.

We liked everything about Cycads On Sea, the place is beautiful and the hosts Richard and Dee were amazing. The breakfast was exceptionally Wow, thank you so much. We had fun and had one of the lounges all to ourselves to use for our activities. It was a truly amazing stay.

Aufenthalt wie bei ‚Freunden‘. Sehr familiär und individuell eingerichtetes Haus / Zimmer. Richard&Dee sind sehr herzlich und mit Spaß bei der Sache. Super Tipps für den Aufenthalt und sogar mit Abholservice 👍🏻. Danke dafür nochmal Richard. Tolles Frühstück und Menschen inklusive! Weiter so.

Absolutely beautiful place! Richard and Dee are such nice and welcoming people, they did everything to make us feel at home away from home. The rooms are spacious, have all the amenities you could need and the decoration is really nice. Breakfast is really good! The only regret that we have about our roadtrip in South-Africa is that we only stayed 1 night at Cycads On Sea... :) Beautiful guesthouse, highly recommended!

The hosts, Richard and Dee, are so friendly! They do everything they can to make sure you have everything you need. We even got a second bedroom for our daughters so they also had a bed with electrical blankets. Richard gives very good tips for restaurants and even made a reservation for us. Breakfast is delicous! We would come back here anytime!

It has to be the Electric Blanket on a winter night😃. They have a generator, so loadshedding had no impact on guests. Lovely, beautiful place with stunning views and a very friendly atmosphere. The hosts create a homely atmosphere where all the guests are like one big family. Beautiful few minutes walk to the ocean through the beautiful garden. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The room was very homely and quite spacious. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of different options.

Room was not very soundproof, and we could hear our neighboring guests with their small children in their room. The room lighting was also a little on the dark side. The stairs to the loft were quite steep.

Excellent room and awesome hosts. This is a lovely quaint stay right in the middle of St. Francis. Loved our stay and the breakfast. A pity that we couldn't spend more time here.

Richard and Dee are excellent hosts. Breakfast could not be better.

Our stay was wonderfull. Richard's breakfast is excellent and the homade bread is a winner. Dee's service is excellent and always with a smile. Thank you for the chocolate Dee - Brenda enjoyed it very much. Richard and Dee you make an excellent team. We were treated like family and that filled our hearts with love and joy.
