The fact of the matter that my toilet was not in the room, had to out of the room to relieve myself even middle of the night. Single ply toilet paper on my last day.

very kind of the staff to prepare us a breakfast to go, as we were leaving before breakfast time.

I booked a twin bed room, when we arrived in the room there was a queen bed. The bathroom was unfortunately outside of the room.

Our room was upgraded due to maintenance work and it was an exceptional room. Had everything you could need. Stunning decor. Views of beach from balcony which was a quick five minute walk away.

We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The beach was literally out of the back gate which was great. The managers were friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to eat etc. The beach at Jeffreys bay is wonderful and was a highlight of our holiday.

We didn't like the bathroom facilities being part of the room instead of in a separate room, especially the toilet! It was noisy. The sound echoed up from downstairs and the room next to us had a bathroom across the landing so the people were going from one to the other,

Excellent breakfasts with friendly and competent service. Access to the beach is fantastic - only 20 metres if that! The room was very comfortable with all conveniences to cater for load-shedding.

Would have preferred an en suite bathroom but not an issue as it was VERY close and private.

The place was clean and Cosy,close to the beach, with excellent breakfast.....for the little I paid.

We had a fabulous light and spacious room. Sandra was so welcoming and helpful - and accommodated an earlier check in too. Breakfast was great, and being a minute's walk from the beach was a bonus

So, in the end our late check in was accomodated. It was great that we were able to check in late.

Our booking was accepted on the grounds of having a late check in. We then needed to check in slightly later, so amended our booking, but were told the entirety of the late booking was not possible (despite original acceptance and messages) without paying for it in its entirety. It took quite a bit of back and forwards to get to a resolution, which it would have been a much better experience without.

Door handle was broken; wash basin did not seal properly (looses water); no warm water in wash basin; TV seemed to have problems

Setting beautiful, place was clean and tidy, access to beach just out back gate. So close to everything which was in walking distance.

Obviously loadshedding which can't be helped, so meant no access to coffee in room when we got up.
