Amazing little spot very close to the city with breathtaking views over the valley, the mountains and the sea. The owners were super friendly, flexible with check-in and also accommodated a last minute change for an extra night. The room was super clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with everything you need. The air conditioning and the cutest little balcony overlooking the garden was a plus. Also very handy to stay before flying out from Dubrovnik as it is very close to the airport. All in all, for the value for money and the location plus the comfort, I highly recommend this place and will stay again if coming back for Cavtat.
All was as advertised and I have no complaints whatsoever.

We were visiting Cavtat for a night whilst travelling around. This apartment was perfect for the night. We had a small balcony from which we could see the sea. It was basic but very clean and the host was lovely and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk into the town but we used the number 10 bus back as quite a hill to climb. I would definitely recommend.

Villa Adria is close to the main road to the airport and I had a small seaview from the balcony. This is clean basic accommodation above the old town on a bus route that also offers luggage storage.

It was perfect in every way.

easy 30mins bus ride to Dubrovnik (25kunas every hour) or by boat (by the way I'm probably the only one who hated Dubrovnik - pretty town minus horde of visitors, parody of tourism), but Cavtat on the other hand is a pretty little town! My hosts were super nice and informative, room was specious with balkony, 10-15mins walk from here to the old town. save some money and relax at villa Adria before you get yourself a shock in Dubrovnik! ;)

Lovely staff, i stayed a few days and they made sure to give me new towels. Lovely terrace area. 2mins from supermarket. Its a 15mins walk uphill from the bus station. So if you have lots of luggage, get a taxi or get off at the stop earlier from dubrovnik.

We originally planned to spend 1 night but stayed for 3. Such a wonderful place to have while slowing down to enjoy Cavtat. I also had a urgent dental problem and owners helped get me an appointment with their dentist right away. They were also so kind to bring us grapes and pears from their garden. Best and biggest value for a perfect little apartment! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

The place was nice, cozy and clean.
It had a nice wide terrace with a table and seats, where you could eat breakfast or dinner; it was next to other ones, but privacy was not an issue.
The owner was very kind and waited for us in the evening, since we were late due to borders delay.
Parking space was available at the structure.
The place was close enough to the beach (which you could see from the terrace).

Very decent, clean and comfortable bed, balcony with a nice view that was half blocked by buildings in front. Staff seemed very friendly, short walk into old Cavtat and right near the bus stop
A little tight and the curtain rod kept falling out of the wall but luckily didn't hit us

what a quality/price ratio! excellent bed, nice terrace, free parking next to the property, all just great.
just important to know is the steep climb of 10 minutes walking back from the center but not that bad either. people with a poor physical condition maybe shouldn’t stay here.

The room was clean and well located, within walking distance to the centre of town if you are fit enough to walk the steep hill on the way back. The balcony was very large, and had a side view of the sea. The owner was friendly and helpful.
The room would benefit from some more kitchen facilities such as a cooking hob, and some plates and cutlery. There is a very large wardrobe which is not really needed for most travellers, so the space could be better used to allow a bit more kitchen space.
My main disappointment is that the owner specifically asked us as we left, to give him a 10 score and maximum ratings throughout. This is not fair, as an 8 score is very good, and it leaves room for improvement. I reserve a 10 score for a room that is more exceptional and perfect. If we all give maximum scores, new customers don't get honest information.

Booked last minute no problem, was welcomed by the super nice owner and had a chat with him. He gave me recommendations on where to go in the town. Room was everything I needed and more. In a nice spot in Cavtat

Location is convenient and easy to find, but the road is busy and if the terrace door is kept open it gets a bit noisy in the morning.
It would be useful to have a mosquito screen on the terrace door.

The terrace is nice to have scoffed in the morning, close to the airport, can get by taxi in 5 min.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to leave my luggage with them after check-out and they also offered to book a taxi for getting to the airport.
