Exceptional

Lovely, comfortable, modern accomodation with a gorgeous balcony and sea view. Pool was clean and plenty of loungers and umbrellas to use. Staff were friendly. Location fab...easy walking to everything inc restaurants, pharmacy etc and the water taxi to Dubrovnik

Lovely little apartment

Very friendly owner who was very helpful telling us all about the local area. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a 20 min walk from Cavtat. That night be a problem for some (although it's a lovely walk!). Pool wasn't heated but the sea was so close so that wasn't really a problem either.

Beautiful sunset views

Charming hosts and the apartments are in a lovely setting. We had the top floor with stunning views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. A nice stroll into town ithat will take you about 20 minutes and about 5 minutes to the nearest beach. We ventured down the track and the road above the entrance to the Albetros to and from town which seemed to be more direct. Comfy bed good aircon and fridge in the room. As it's cash payment at present buy the currency and bring it with you. We weren't aware that ATM's only allow 2000kn per day with a 35kn fee so with other small spends we had to do 3 withdrawals. Having said that it may all change when it becomes the euro. If you don't mind a good walk these apartments are an absolute must. Lovely pool with plenty of beds You can catch the no10 at the top of the road which arrives about 10 minutes after departure from Cavtat.

Basic accommodation but good vfm with clean rooms, nice pool and 10 min walk to lovely beach.

Wasn't an issue for our group but wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility issues as many steps and about 25 min walk into Cavtat old town - lovely scenery though.

Beds were very comfortable and room clean with good facilities. Pool and sunbeds were lovely.

It was a 25 minute walk to the center which was poorly lit in places. Just a little far out.

fantastic

absolutely spotless clean fabulous pool lovely hotel so so quiet fantastic if you need a chilled holiday short walk to beach about 15 minutes into town

only downside is no nearby shops would help if you could buy water or some other necessities at hotel but don’t let this put you off it is a real gem

Lovely pool well needed I. The heat a lot off steps to sea view rooms

About 15 minutes to walk to the marina where yachts and restaurants are beach five minutes walk

The cooking vacillates could do with upgrade but it did us ok

Cozy apartment with nice view

Room was nice and cozy with a beautiful view. Host is very kind and approachable. Apartment is very near Cavtat center with a lot of affordable restaurants. It is easy to get to Dubrovnik using bus number 10.

beautiful location and ideal stay if you would like a place with a pool

There was nothing to dislike about the property! A pre warning though the hill up to the villa from the beach is quite steep and there’s steps up to the villa. On journeys back to the villa we used Uber when we could to avoid the hill as is very cheap from old town/beach zal (harder to find a driver from beach zal though, probably due to it being only a 2 minute drive)

Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, lovely pool with plenty of loungers, friendly staff, amazing views, outside kitchen, clean towels every couple of days, just lovely

Clean accommodation, colourful landscape & helpful host.

The guesthouse was beautifully landscaped. It felt like a mini oasis. The pool glistened and was the perfect sun trap! Lime trees and umbrellas offering shade if you needed it. The room felt basic BUT had everything you might need. A balcony with a sea view, fridge which I was glad of for keeping water cool, aircon, modern bathroom. All spotless. The bed was so comfortable - slept better here than I do at home! There's an outside BBQ space, mini outdoor kitchenette - lots of options. The host was super - helped organise a taxi from the airport in advance for me and when I arrived she talked me through some maps and transport options so that I could get my bearings.

Some provisions for breakfast would have been nice but I understand why that's not laid on. Very little negative I can say about this guesthouse!

Fantastic sea view from our balcony! We could see Dubrovnik! Lovely property with a good sized swimming pool. Great location! Easy walking distance to the beach and to restaurants and old town Cavtat!

Great spot with.a beautiful view

Really lovely accommodation with stunning views over the bay in Cavtat, Beautiful dormer apartment with comfortable beds and excellent shower. The swimming pool especially was a welcome relief after a long warm day. The owners were very warm and welcoming and very kindly allowed us to extend our checkout as we had a late flight home.. Would stay here again without hesitation.
