In the heart of the coastal town Grimstad

Location (in the heart of the town, easy to find) Building (recently renovated building with interesting history) Wheelchair friendly (possibility to use elevator) Room (comfortable bed, wifi, bottled water) Well-equipped shared kitchen (all you need for simple cooking, including a large fridge) Terrace (accessible from the kitchen) Parking possibility (right in front of the building, subject to a reasonable fee) Possibility of sitting in a small garden outside Information for tourists about the town (maps, leaflets, booklets) Possibility of earlier checkin upon request

To get to the (private) bathroom, it was necessary to cross the corridor Parking is in a blind alley, so expect some backward driving Due to arrangements, self-checkin is not possible

Very good communication before booking, helpfulf with arraing parking. Modern tv. Owner speaks several languages. Location, 50m to coast.

Excellent house

Excellent room and very nice bathroom. The kitchen in common it was well equipped. The host was very nice and they help us for all our needs

Perfect location in a lovely old house (1801) meters from the old shops and the Ibsen museum.

Everything. Perfect location in a beautiful town. Gorgeous house, comfortable, generous host supplying tea, coffee, toiletries, a cosy place to sit, information and parking! Lovely room. Private bathroom. Perfect! One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in.

The staff was very friendly. They answered my questions quickly and at arrival they showed us around and even gave advice for places to visit. The room was quaint and clean, as well as the rest of the accommodation. There even was an elevator!

We had to pay for a parking spot.

Very well kept guesthouse that surpasses any hotel. Highly recommended

I cannot recommend this place enough. The guesthouse is meticulously kept in an historic building in the center of Grimstad. The rooms are very quiet, beds great as is the private bathrooms and the kitchen that you have access to. Last, but not least, this place is run by a very caring and sweet couple that helps you out in every way. It was a treat staying here!

Everything was excellent, but I can imagine that, if you travel by car, parking may be a little difficult and not so close to property.

Interesting layout of the rooms. Very good kitchen appliances, spacious shower space and very comfortable bed.

They staff was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. The location is perfect in the city center and had easy access to the whole area. The room was very comfortable and offered a lot of comforts like tv and a kitchen.

You'll be surprised once you go in!

Amazing place. Really clean with everything we could want. From outside it doesn't look special. But when you go in you will be surprised just how nice it is. And the hosts are really nice. Great place to explore the town and very central.

This in one of the most complete places we have stayed at! The owner has thought of every little detail. The room was wonderful, bathroom large and spotless, and the kitchen was amazingly well stocked.

Luxurious stay in Grimstadt

Very friendly management. Luxurious rooms with all modern comfort and even with Apple tv. Very clean. Situated in the center of Grimstadt with several pedestrian streets around. There is a common kitchen where you can find everything you need (and beyond :) to cook, have breakfast or just coffee. Parking spaces before the house are limited so if needed, I advice to make reservations.
