À côté du marché qui été fermé quand on étais la… dommage mauvais timing. Chambre très propre, grande, des petits snacks étaient offerts à l’arrivée ce qui est très agréable.
On ne dort pas sur un vrai matelas, une table de massage avec un surmatelas.. pas très comfortable… nous n’avons pas aimé phuket mais l’hôtel était sympa.

The location of this hotel was perfect, close to the Old Town and lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and we really liked our room, espacially the kids liked the bunk beds.

Not really a hostel vibes, for solo traveler it can be difficult to meet people. My suggestion for improvement would be to offer “ice breaker” activities in the evening. Such as game night, pub crawl, pool party, ect…

I enjoyed our stay at Bed Poshtel - SHA Plus because the room was big with comfortable beds and includes a mini fridge. There's a relaxing swimming pool for hot days and if you are from the top floor, you can easily go down the spiral steps and straight to the swimming pool area. The hostel offers beverages such as beers and soft drinks at a reasonable price, which is convenient so we don't have to go shopping for drinks. The staff were helpful by carrying our heavy luggage to the top floor where our room was located. The best part was that it was located at the heart of Phuket Old Town, and it was only a few minutes walk from the hostel. If you are staying on weekends, there is a night market immediately outside of the hostel for all kinds of food, drinks and shopping!
The toiler and shower setup was a little weird. While I didn't mind that they were separate, it was the lack of space when the doors were closed and it felt a little claustrophobic.

The room was a good size although the massive bed took up most of the room. Location is great with a shopping mall only a few meters away
I stayed in the deluxe room and The bed is so big, wished the bed was a little smaller to allow more space to walk around in the room itself. The toilet room is so small I struggled to sit comfortably as someone only 1.6m tall. The balcony is also tiny not big enough for 2x to sit comfortably. I wouldn't pay anymore more than £30

La chambre Gallery Room était juste incroyable, c’est la plus belle chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné jusqu’ici ! Super rapport qualité prix. La piscine de l’hôtel est très belle (bien que très peu profonde) et l’emplacement est super, à une distance à pied de tout et avec un chouette marché juste devant quelques fois par semaine.

The location was perfect .. a short walk to the main cool Old Town streets. The staff were helpful and courteous. The facilities were great including a pool, beer fridge, book swap, kitchen. I had a room to myself which was well equipped although the stairs up to the loft bed were very step .. needed to be very careful going up and down. A really good hostel catering for both backpacker and older traveller which I am one. Felt safe and comfortable there.
You could easily hear noise from other rooms at night as well as the loud banging when guests closed their room door.

The staff is not helpful. No English spoken. It was very difficult and disappointing when trying to communicate with them. No breakfast, no laundry service. Too expensive for what they offer, compared with other hotels nearby.

Excelente ubicación, dormitorios limpios, te cambian la toalla y dejan agua todos los días. La habitación compartida tiene baño propio. El bar en la piscina también está Perfecto y el personal muy amable, grato ambiente para todo tipo de viajeros
Tienen un sistema un poco incómodo con tarjeta para entrar a la habitación ya que solo con esa tarjeta puedes enchufar y cargar tus cosas, por lo que si sales no puedes dejar nada cargando. Tampoco puedes cambiar la temperatura del aircon por el mismo sistema.
Estuve en un dormitorio mixto y como era la única mujer tuve que ocupar el baño de mujeres que estaba en el primer piso, ya que mis compañeros lo mantenían bastante sucio.

Prompt service from staff. Had an issue with the airconditioner. They cleared it immediately. They even let us store our luggage prior to our date of stay. There was daily housekeeping as well.
Comfy and large beds. Each bed had privacy curtains and table lights.
Prime location. The indie market in front of the hotel is definitely a highlight.
Even though the washrooms were spic and span there was a sewage kinda smell coming from the toilet. But if the air ventilator is kept on the entire time, it's not a huge problem.
No lift.
Washrooms are built using a very small area. Could feel a bit congested for some.

Great hostel in Phuket's old town, and the location is a walking distance from the Sengho bookstore (one of the bus stops for the airport bus route). There is a 24-hour shop, 7-Eleven, and night market right outside the hostel. The staffs are friendly, informative and helpful, also, we managed to get a lot of travel information from the receptionist, They prepare clean towels and water bottles every day. We also can get boiled water from the kitchen, very convenient, thank you very much,
water pressure is quite low, there is no hairdryer in the private bathroom and we need to go down to the female shared bathroom to use the hairdryer. The wall-mounted shower gel bottle holder was broken and hope can be checked and fixed.

The dorm beds are very spacious. Staff are nice. Location is also very good close to the old town and across from a 24hr shop and food market. Quiet hostel but still sociable.

Great location with a small night market running Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays. Only a short walk to the main ‘old’ town.
We booked a private room for 4 people. At reception we were given 4 room cards. Great so far. The room was small but we knew that from the photos. You access the room with the cards and they also go into a slot on the wall of each bunk. We noticed only one light in the bunk worked so I asked reception and they said they would send a technician up to look at them, great. The room came with 4 towels a floor mat for the bathroom but no hand towel or hand soap, strange. It did have wall mounted body soap and shampoo though! We found two nails sticking out of the bottom of one of the bunks. The technician solved the light problem but it returned the next time we left the room. Of course it turns out the keys have a specific slot to work but they never told us even when I asked at reception about the lights! Two of us found the bunks excruciating hard and struggled to sleep but the kids slept fine so 50:50, maybe it’s age. There was also no blind at the main window but curtains on each bunk. The shower drain was blocked.

I loved that our 4 bed dorm had its own shower and toilet within the dorm. There is a market that takes place out the front of the hostel with live music and food stalls. I would definitely stay here again.

location right next to old town and just a few steps to 24hr convenient store, money exchange, and mall with food court. staff is very helpful with a lot of choice for tours, they have daily cleaning, very affordable price, pretty pool (it was in construction), very family friendly since we booked a room with 4 beds with private bathroom.
water pressure for shower is very slow which is kind of annoying, mattress were hard

Good location for getting to the pier for Phi Phi / James Bond trips etc.
The staff were a little difficult to communicate with as their English was not great - even just asking what to do in the area they did not recommend anything.
My bf left his bracelet in the room and the staff “couldn’t find it” which .. anyone can guess what that might mean!
The pool area is nice but not much space for sunbathing.
