The location is ok, parking places just in front of the building.

The rooms are very dated, the staff very slow. The breakfast was ok as a taste, but it was served in slow motion (had to ask for salt, napkins, cutlery after food was served and we had to wait over 5 minutes for each to be brought to the table), even with just another table beside us occupied. But in comparison with the pictures, when we arrived we would have immediately left if the booking was refundable.

Check in was the only pleasant part of the experience. They promised to refund me for the 2 nights I did not stay as I checked out after the 1st night of a 4 night reservation. The unit did not have everything as advertised.

Suite Loc Luxury Aparthotel has to be one of the WORST places I have reserved a room/unit. After the 1st night of my 4 night stay I checked out given all of the problems with the unit. When I left, I informed the manager I would pay for 2 night, even though I had only stayed 1 night, but I asked for him to refund the additional 2 nights. He stated they would refund the 2 nights but after 2 weeks I still have not been refunded my money. The problems began right at the beginning. They were supposed to arrange for transportation from the airport to the hotel. No one was there to provide transportation. When I arrived check in went smoothly and the young man friendly. I had reserved a “Pop Art” unit and they put me in a Ch.Parisien unit. I don’t know if there was any difference in the units. When I went into the unit the security box was locked shut. I asked them to open it, and the front desk person brought up several keys, picked up the box off the shelf where it was sitting and tried to open it. I could not get it opened and they still had not sent anyone to open it when I checked-out. I was shocked to see it was not bolted down to the wall or cabinet. While there was an air conditioner in the bedroom, the living room and kitchen area was hot as it did not get much of the colder air. The unit did NOT have the following items that were listed as included in the unit: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, radio, alarm clock, and slippers. The housekeeper walked right into the unit without even knocking. I had tried to put the “do not disturb” sign on the door, but the sign was too large and you couldn’t shut the door without being outside of the unit. There was no towel to dry the dishes and no drying rack. The shower door would not shut easily and then once it was shut it was very difficult to open. The shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor.

Staff were amazing breakfast first class

The location was central and near public transportation. There were many good options near the hotel. The staff’s service was EXCELLENT. They were so helpful in telling me where to go, how to get there, etc. They were very patient with me and always helped me with my luggage. Highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly, patient and available in case you need something. The room is clean and spacious 🙂

The hotel provides you with a free parking service guard for the car. The reception is really friendly and willing to help you. It lies in the middle of the city,only 10 mins from the Ligue Arabs park.

Wonderful breakfast, good Sushi restaurant next door. WiFi pretty good, very friendly service, On the outside it does not make the best impression but the rooms are very nice. It is a bit of a walk to get to the sites
