I liked the price the location and the cleanliness of the rooms everything was good
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay fir parking the sign said 22.00 dollars for overnight but when I went to pay for parking it charged me 33.00 dollars I also didn't like the fact that it was no restaurant on the property and that it was no breakfast

The location was the only good thing about this hotel.
The whole experience staying at the hotel.

Nothing.
No washcloths, or Kleenex. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken. When using the facilities, we had to brace the door with a suitcase, to have privacy. The toilet tissue holder was broken , so we had to place the tissue on the floor. The TV did not work. Maintenance had to fix it. I had understood there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. There was not. I could not get a receipt for my stay as their printer was broken. The promise to send a receipt by email never happened. No do not disturb sign in the room. No pen or paper in the room. The attendant at the front desk that checked us in could not give us any info about restaurants or bars close by. He was generally not knowledgeable about his job, or did not care to help us. Generally, the Hotel was in a distressed part of the City.

My favorite part of the stay was the way they stole $1000 from me after failing to honor my reservation.
Booked a room with 2 beds for myself and a friend, the room we were offered had a single bed and was too small to be able to move around the room with our luggage inside. I had to cancel the reservation on the spot and rent a room last minute somewhere else. I never even stepped all the way into the room, now the hotel manager is claiming I stayed there and never cancelled and is stealing $1000 from me. Absolutely fraudulent criminals. I am having to dispute the charge through my credit card to get my money back.

Rooms are dated but fine but the customer service could use a lot of retraining.
Our TV didn't work in our room. They offered to downgrade us from a king suite to a twin but offered nothing but attitude otherwise.

The location was good for accessing downtown Memphis. The parking being secured was nice.
Coffee in room but no creamer. Called desk and they said we could get coffee at restaurant next door. Didn’t even have coffee in lobby. We came in from long travel and tried to take a quick nap but the cleaning ladies were parked at our door and yelling to talk to each other. I went to ask them to hold it down and they laughed so hard. Come to find out it was because they were high. We ended up smelling them as we left. The floor had dirt and grass in places and corners. The shower had leftover conditioner stuck and hardened on the wall. I love staying at Hotel Indigo everywhere we go and thought this would be the same. Not ever staying in the Memphis Indigo again. I still love this chain but not Memphis.

The location was great.
The hotel was not as upscale as I expected. I am familiar with the Dallas hotel which is much nicer. When we arrived there was no bellhop to help. The desk gave us a key to a room that was occupied! We opened the door and found another guest things. That could have been terrible if they had been standing there. The next key was a room and it did not work. we returned to the desk a 3rd time and were given a 3rd room which did work. We were given a complementary breakfast for the trouble which was good. We were never greeted by any staff when entering or exiting the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location--easy walking distance to Beale Street and restaurants. We like the modern design of the Hotel Indigo brands, and this hotel matched that. There was plenty of space for three of us. Our room faced an outdoor courtyard with a pool--6th or 7th floor.
There were parts of the room that looked to be tired--ceiling, paint, etc. We did not have enough towels for 3 people, even though our reservation was for 3. When I asked for more towels, I was told I needed to go down and get them.

Good location.
Parking too expensive. No cups or glasses in the room. Staff said they ran out - end of story. Refrigerator didn’t work. They did bring a different one eventually.

Memphis music vibe…the Juke Box
it’s located in a run down area of downtown; no cleaning service, unless otherwise requested; COLD floor; AC unit was NOT reliable

The location was great.
What I didn’t like hmmm .. Everything the staff was lazy, and the elevator got stuck with people on it.. The room wasn’t clean and nasty reddish brown stains were everywhere even on the bed . I went downstairs to ask for a new blanket front attendant told me wasn’t none. Then the toilet stop working told I went to the same person and he told me I have to deal with it or contact booking agency. My husband had to fix it because there no where else was everything was booked. And I’m a very easygoing person and I was piss me off !! Needless to say I will never stay here again and don’t recommend it..
