The breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and well kept. The location of the hotel was also nice and close to the Interstate so it made it easy to get around.

The tv channels were absolutely horrible. One channel was 3 hours behind between what it was showing and what the guide said was suppose to be showing. Other channels were 1 hour behind while other channels were showing entirely different shows than were listed on the guide. It was a big challenge to watch anything on tv.

Convenient location and reasonable price.

The facility wasn’t floor stable. Hall walkers made the floor quiver. Unnerving for a commercial facility. The Wi-Fi bandwidth was narrow creating excessive buffering when streaming.

It was very clean and it was fun having a swimming pool, basketball court and fire pit.

Guests left the swimming pool dirty with their garbage and pool toys.

The property was immaculate. The beds were so comfy we didn't want to get out of them, and the pool area was perfect.

We didn't because we never stayed there. After 13 hours of driving we arrive in St. George only to find out our reservations didn't exist and there wasn't a room available - after we made reservations online thru Booking.com and received a confirmation number. The person we talked to was Asian and was quite adamant that she could not find our reservation. This person gave us the number for Holiday Inn Express - we called, and booked a room there. It cost us another $117.00. We lost the first $117.00 with Staybridge, and insist on a refund. My number is 719-675-2611...my name is Barbara.

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The property is new, clean, safe, and the amenities are nice - pool, spa, grill, basketball and sport court, firepit, kitchen inside the rooms with dishes, dishwasher, etc. They also have washer/dryer on the property if you need to do laundry.

I wish the pool and spa did not shut down at 10 p.m. every night. The weather is so nice at night, I'd like it to be open until 11 or 12 pm.
