Easy check in & out. They accommodated our late check out request. Staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. Great price for a great location
Side door was broken so had to go through lobby entrance but that wasn't a big deal.

Relatively clean and quiet
$25 for parking is kind of asinine. Wish it was posted somewhere when I booked the hotel that there would be an extra fee to park in the hotel parking lot like ???? That is the first time I'd ever had to deal with that. Don't come to the city often though so maybe that's just how it is. Either way it should be mention in the booking information so it isn't a surprise like it was to me.

The staff made our stay very nice after a bad AirbNb experience. They were very helpful and held onto our bags before our flight. The room was very spacious and clean well
The breakfast was very bland and watery on one day and delicious the next. So maybe some consistency would help.

Amazing Staff & Great Customer Service
My iron didn’t work and my microwave didn’t have a plate. So I had to go downstairs twice for those to be replaced.
I didn’t have a comforter on my bed, but they quickly came and gave me one

Booked here to be able to walk to stadium for concert. easy 10 min walk. GREAT restaurant in parking lot. Parking is limited and you pay for it.

Their policy because it’s not explained at all. Because if I knew that I wouldn’t never booked. They let you book the room and tell once you get on the property…they doesn’t take pre paid cards. I wouldn’t never stay there again!!!

Staff was helpful when I needed it.
Charge for breakfast room smelled like the smoke was painted over but it leaked through. You have to apply KILZ or some other product to encase the smoke before you paint.

Close to the Georgia Conference Center (GWCC).
The area is a little sketchy; not clean. Looks like the city services have neglected this part of downtown. Trash and yard waste in park areas was very obvious.

location was perfect for our purpose
breakfast was great
it was loud all night. we were woken up at 4 am with a heavy slamming door and it continued for hours. after dozing back off a weedeater woke us back up early against our window. extremely tired as we tried to drive to our next location
