Meeldiv klienditeenindus. Hotelli hea asukoht. Meile võimaldati parkimiskoht hotelli väikeses parklas. Hotelli I korrusel on väga mõnus ja maitsvate toitudega söögikoht. Väga hea vannituba töökorras duššikomplektiga.

Very beautiful clean comfortable and luxurious.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Pärnu. Our room was in the basement and while the building is historic, the interior is modern. So was our room, including the en-suite bathroom - high ceilings, large windows, a comfy bed and a coffee maker. The bathroom came with a large shower and high-quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion). Breakfast was served in the room and came with a menu to be choosing from the night before. On-site is a café offering home-made cake, coffee, drinks, and lunch. Upon arrival, we had delicious amarettini in our room made by the café. Parking in the hotel courtyard is offered for 15 Euro per day, however street parking was easily available - at least in shoulder season, it might be different in high season (July/August).

Very cosy accommodation in the center of Pärnu. The visitors were perfectly cared for. The breakfast, which is served to bed, was rich and delicious.

+ The breakfast was great. Fresh ingredients and delivered on time. + Receptions staff, very helpful and organized. + Checkout process simple and efficient. + Location was perfect.

- Breakfast tea, Hot water was not really hot. I used the kettle in the room to make hot tea. - The rooms are quite small and having breakfast delivered to the room made things a little tight. Also, I find it awkward having breakfast delivered into the room. This was the only option. I would have preferred to go down to the cafe for breakfast. - The bed was very soft which made it difficult to get comfortable. If you like soft beds, you won't notice this.
