Modern safe place to stay.

Lovely new property walking distance from Brix restaurant. Otherwise, mostly office buildings. Quick shuttle to airport, too. All good!

Gutes Hotel (fast) am Flughafen

Ich hatte noch 2 zusätzliche Tage vor dem Heimflug gebucht und war rundum zufrieden. Vom Hotel aus ist man in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten beim Rental Car Return. Trotz der Flughafennähe liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig und man hört kaum etwas vom Auto oder Fluglärm. Da ich schon vor einem halben Jahr gebucht habe. hatte ich auch einen Hammerpreis. Klimaanlage schaltet sich nur kurz ein, wenn es zu heiß oder zu kalt ist. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad war sehr sauber. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Plastikbesteck und Teller beim Frühstück! Natürlich bieten viele Amerikanische Hotels das Frühstück so an, aber wir Europäer sind das einfach nicht gewohnt. Das ganze Plastik kostet doch auch Geld und muss wieder wegeschafft werden. Manchmal verstehe ich den "American way of life" nicht ganz! Die Badewanne war sehr rutschig, man sollte eine Matte mit Saugknöpfen anbieten. Der Haltegriff am Ende der Badewanne ist zu wenig.

飛行場に近くて便利 Convenient and close to the airport

フェニックス国際空港から近くシャトルバスの送迎がある。設備が新しい。朝食がついていて内容も良かった。 There is a shuttle bus service nearby from Phoenix International Airport. The equipment is new. Breakfast was included and the contents were good.

飛行場からシャトルバスを呼ぶためホテルに電話すると、名前を聞かれました。名前を言うと、あなたの名前は予約が入っていないので、もう１つのHoliday Innではないかと言われた。確かに Phoenix Airport North という名前が近くにあるのは知っているが(＝1515 N 44th St )、確かにここ 800 N 44th St のホテルを予約している。何度もファーストネイム、ファミリーネイムを言って、ようやく予約が確認できた。１週間後、再度このホテルを利用しましたが、そのときも同様なことを言われた。紛らわしいのでホテルの名前を Phoenix Airport North 1 とか Phoenix Airport North 2とかにする方がトラブルが少ないと思います。 When I called the hotel to get a shuttle bus from the airport, I was asked for my name. When I told them my name, they told me that they didn't have a reservation for my name, so maybe it was another Holiday Inn. I do know that there is a hotel nearby called Phoenix Airport North (=1515 N 44th St), but I am sure that I have booked a hotel here at 800 N 44th St. After giving my first name and family name many times, I was finally able to confirm my reservation. A week later, I used this hotel again and was told the same thing. It's confusing, so I think it would be less troublesome to name the hotel Phoenix Airport North 1 or Phoenix Airport North 2.

good out of necessity

Location - our flight was cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay for the night. King size bed was comfortable and AC worked. Shuttle is convenient to and from the airport.

We booked this room very last minute out of necessity. However, we paid 600$ Canadian which is comical. The shower head was so calcified that a slight mist came out - there is no way I could have washed my hair as I would have been in there for hours. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well. Free breakfast is standard. If you can stay here for around 100 bucks per night I say its worth it.

HABITACION GRANDE, CÓMODA Y MUY LIMPIA

LA LIMPIEZA. La habitación es grande y la cama muy cómoda. Buen desayuno. El hotel está bastante cerca del aeropuerto.

Escribí varias veces para preguntar por el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y nunca me respondieron. La verdad la chica del lobby que habla español es poco amable. Para nada servicial.

Efficient, comfortable, dont trust the estimated arrival time of the free shuttle.

I was able to walk about 7 min to have dinner at the Radison Hotel up the road, they are open until 10pm, no place to eat in the hotel itself.

When I arrived at the airport, I was told the shuttle would arrive in 15 min aprox. I called back twice and it finally arrived after 55 minutes.

It was exactly what we wanted after a long day of travelling

Good location. There was something for everyone at breakfast. We asked for late check out and were accommodated.

Good location. Clean rooms. Check in will keep me from going back

We were in town to visit relatives and location was centralized for us. Breakfast was good.

Long story checking in but not happy at all with it. Shower tub combo was very slippery

Good location, great staff, clean rooms, nice coffee and tea in the lobby

Excellent location near airport with free shuttle that came to the airport within 10 minutes of my request. The front desk had a list of nearby restaurants by food type - for example - American, Fish, Italian, Pizzas, Mexican etc., all of which were close to the hotel. Our room was ready before check-in time so we did not have to wait in the lobby. That was very nice!!

Overall, for the price. I thought staying at the Holiday Inn was excellent.

Breakfast was delicious for the price. Staff was very nice.

The bathroom next to the gym needed a little cleaning.

Everything clean and well organized and having the airline screen showing flight delays and cancellations is a big bonus. Very good hot breakfast

Breakfast stops at 9:30 which means there is a big rush and lack of seating at 9 am onward.

Clean, comfortable, but took liberties with my reservation

Easy and polite check in. Clean comfortable room. Good parking. Good wifi.

My room was "upgraded" without asking me. The "upgraded" room was not what I reserved or what I wanted. I was just given the room they had and assumed "upgraded" meant better. It wasn't for me.

Holiday Inn never disappoints

I love Holiday Inn hotels in general and this time I again got exactly what I expected. The room is spacious and clean. I especially loved breakfast, there were not only pancakes but scrambled eggs and cinnamon rolls to choose from. The good quality bathroom amenities are great. We travelled by car so the location was OK for us, we were able to reach everything quite easily in Phoenix.

If you are not familiar in Phoenix and go with GPS, make sure to enter the comlete address of the hotel because there is another Holiday Inn in the same street.

A good but slightly out- of -the-way airport hotel

Comfortable, good breakfast, good shower, good beds

No laundry bags provided, location was ok, not great—quite close to the airport, but not very easy to get to from the Rental Car Center (heavily traveled train tracks are a barrier)

I was too tired to drive north after a long day of travel, but would look elsewhere in the future.

It was close to the airport and had secure parking.

There was a musty smell, and my room was on the main street. It is dark and in desperate need of an upgrade of interior decor. The breakfast was average, and I was rushed out just 15 minutes after I sat down. They also did not have my name which I had breakfast included. Parking was not included, so prepare to pay more - but it was cheaper than the Parking Spot.

They upgraded us to a “suite” but it was a regular room ? There was no suite. That is my only complaint. Bc why lie to us when it was just a 2 queen bedroom

Clean, comfortable, nice little pool and great location.

Great location next to the airport and my business needs. Very clean and comfortable with a great rate. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Clean and quiet rooms.
