Memorable stay ...first time in our country!

What I like the most is the security. You will feel safe here. Secondly, the owner , Mam Jen Nizumi, very accommodating (thanks for the delicious meal) and approachable. Next, cleanliness of the room plus the blanket , pillows smells fresh . Lastly, near to all the major stores in the metro, and it’s a walking distance to mrt station.

One of the things that I admire from someone is to be greeted by a receptionist then guide you for a short tour. Giving a warm smile and feel that your at home to a new place . Sadly, maybe because of the pandemic , it affects the quality of the service . Nevertheless, it’s understandable .

Poor and Dissatisfied Service.

Unsteady Internet Connection. Majority of my stays had no connection. I cant even open my emails. Had to stay and rebook a another hotel for my meetings. Prior to my booking, I fully paid the 11 nights of stay with the price inclusion of Breakfast included, but NOT a single day the property provide breakfast, even though the concern was raised to them and verified by Booking Customer Representative. I'm so dissatisfied with the long and late response of the staff. Even their supposedly HelpDesk Number Provided are unreachable and cannot connect. Even the bed is so difficult to have a good rest due to the springs are giving you a backaches. Definitely will NOT book again to this property.

Not Worth the money

The room doesn't have power when we came in. Ee have to contact the person in charge with the booking, the floor have a leak al over the place, the plates and utensils are so dirty, the bed seem.dirty as well, then the next day early in the morning th power was shut off. I will not recommend this place.

Still good despite of all the issues.

The location is good. The property itself is also nice.

It was unorganized during check in. Took almost 1 hour after arrival before we can check in. The room didn’t have the fridge and Wi-Fi as posted in the amenities. No immediate action after we let them know. Transferred to another room the next day. Breakfast arrived after 9am. Didn’t get one on the second day. After checkout, the deposit was supposed to be refunded but took hours and several follow ups as they never provide any update or even answer and acknowledge that they receive my messages.

Fair stay

Wifi is fast. It is not working at first but they were able to fix it.

Room was small, this is okay if you will just sleep and not stay long in the room. However, they lack basic supplies such as tissue, free water, water glass and clothes holder in the restroom. Tv is challenge to navigate.

Good location and security. Comfortable bed and cold air-conditioning.

No netflix as advertised, and no wifi for the first 4 days. Also no toilet paper provided, no towel rack,and no mirror in the bathroom. A lot of small cockroaches in the unit.

Only one elevator is working. 15 minutes waiting time. Wifi is not working, no wifi no Netflix.
