Das war ein sehr gelungener Start für die ganze Familie, von 3 Monaten bis 75 Jahre!

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr sehr gut! Ein sehr gutes Ziel, wenn man Flughafen und Pretoria kombinieren möchte für den ersten Tag und die erste Nacht in Südafrika.

Die Ausschilderung für die Abzweigung von der Strasse war nicht leicht zu erkennen!

Small changes

Decor is absolutely beautiful. Receptionist was very friendly. Room 7 is definitely Heaven. Food was excellent. Bathtub was amazing.

Not much to do on the premises. The TV is quite small for the distance to the bed. They would also benefit from a lunch menu or a "room service" menu for a lite lunch, aswell as a more diverse breakfast such as an omelette or eggs benedict. They only have fruit and muesli and an English breakfast

A lovely hotel with great staff

Outside Pretoria and surrounded by greenery. It was comfortable and safe.

Restaurant closed Sunday evening.

My stay was short but amazing.. the entrance to the building was so refreshing.

The balcony and the bath tub and the kind bed, it was amazing considering it was a last minute planning.

I used the GPS, so the entrance was rather dodgy, no clear signage, only when you turn Is then you see the signage Please do check dstv availability. We struggled to connect.

Our stay was excellent, we will definitely be returning.

The Rasmus is a very unique property that makes a one night stay an experience. We loved the koi pond and how well the garden and building was maintained.

The only slight let down was the breakfast. There is not a breakfast menu with many options but it still was not bad.

A gem found in Pretoria

A gem found in Pretoria, the beautiful garden and koi pond makes it feel as if you are far away from the city. Beautiful property and gardens, very friendly staff and a very good nights rest

If you like to be well connected to Pretoria's shopping and sight seeings the Rasmus is perfect.

The location to the various sight seeings due to the highway connections around the property. The absolutely beautiful Koi collection!

Parking is far off. We carried all our luggage up the stairs to our room. On departing in the morning 2 days later there were the manager and two male staff standing around who did not offer to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was very slow in serving as there is no buffet. We had to ask for coffee... ask for orange juice ask for more jam and butter..

It was good

The hotel is beautiful and serene. The rooms are spacious and beautiful interior too. Breakfast was alright.

The water in the shower takes long to warm up and in just 2 minutes it returns back to being cold. Only one person could take a warm shower, when I had to shower the water was stone cold. The entrance is a bit tricky since there is some sort of road construction happening.

Super nice

The staff were superb. Friendly, even came to unblock the shower 5 minutes after I called. Let me check out later for a small fee, which I appreciated massively. Food was great quality. Room massive, and we'll equipped. Thank you for the fridge to keep my Black Lables and wine cold.

Chef would cover all food dishes in black pepper(dinner and breakfast) like they used parsley to make all dishes look 'nice' in the 90's. Not everyone eats pepper. They should not do this. It doesn't make the food look nicer. Rather let a customer add it to their food if they want. Food was tasty without this. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow, so not sure what happens when the restaurant is busy. Hugely annoying, loud woman at a group table. Even the other couple sighed from relief when she finally started eating, and we couldn't hear her anymore. Wished it had a pool, then I would stay in summer too.

It was just okay.

The fact that they impose a service fee on you at their Restaurant. You pay to sleep at their hotel, you pay to eat at their Restaurant, you are then forced to pay a tip for their waiters. I think paying a tip should not be forced, it should be a personal choice

Perfect 💯

The location is excellent close to great restaurants and public transportation, close to nature reserve. The staff were warm and welcoming and willing to go out of their way to help Phidelus and Marissa helped us a lot esp the recommendations of things to do😁 we had an amazing time at the nature reserve which was close by.

Air freshener was a killer artificial scent which was too strong.

Wonderful stay in the city. Will definitely be back!

What a lovely stay. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms and facilities are just beautiful and have everything you could possibly need. Rooms are big and spacious. Felt like royalty.

Value for money, will definitely recommend to friends and family

The rooms very nice and the food from the restaurant was scrumptious, compliments to the Chef 👌

Wish there were other options on breakfast as my husband is not a fan of muslie, maybe add porridge or fruit salad etc

Small, intimate hotel, with exceptional service and hospitality. The room was gorgeous, comfortable and bigger than expected. If we're ever in that area again it definitely would be pur first choice of hotel

When I went to shower at first the water was ice cold, but after contacting reception the problem was resolved. I didnt like the idea of a set menu for breakfast, we prefer buffet style but that's to everyones own opinion.

A luxurious boutique hotel

Lovely boutique hotel with nicely decorated spacious rooms. It has touches of luxury and we marveled at how pretty the decor is. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast and the staff (although few) were friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little firm for our liking.

Highly recommended close to highway

Room 9 was beautiful. Enormous bed, loved the little kitchenette, bathroom was stunning. It is a beautiful place, easy to find, lots of safe parking. Loved the huge mirror and hair dryer holder. Lovely restaurant on the premises for dinner and breakfast.

Mediocre

The building and decor was really pretty

The breakfasts were mediocre - first day there was no choice - 2nd day we had an option of English breakfast or omelet. The omelet was very good. When we arrived i had to ask for the sani bin to be cleaned. Probably suitable for an overnight work stay. Went for a massage which was really poor and sadly a complete waste of money.
