Nice but not that good for the money

The common facilities are nice and the waiters are so kind. I liked the Italian restaurant, it was a good option for a change after many days of just Egyptian food. The terrace over the Nile worth it a video l visit as well. The rooms were spacious and quiet.

The furnitures in the room were cool back in the 1950's, and there are little damaged everywhere. The people at the front desk could be a little more nice

One of my favourite hotels in the world.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the gardens and pool in the Nile are one of my favourite places I’ve ever been. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast was good quality and nice choice. Definitely book a Nile view room, that’s what makes this hotel so special. Excellent value for money too, a really nice hotel for the price.

Please get fresh fruit juice for breakfast and put extra plug sockets in the room especially by the beds for phone chargers.

Buono ma da rivedere alcune cose

L’hotel è situato in una buona posizione, vicino al tempio di Luxor con vista sul Nilo. È dotato di un bar, di una piscina molto pulita e di un ristorante. La colazione è ottima e abbondante.

Non mi è piaciuto l’ arredamento un po’ vetusto della stanza e la moquette. Il bagno è piccolo, senza finestra. Un 4 stelle che sarebbe però un 3 stelle.

A nice hotel

Nice place, good place to relax, good food and service especially at the romance restaurant.

Bought a cognac at the bar for 4 dollar, but when I was going to pay, the guy at the bar told me that he gave me a 15 dollar, cognac, the cognac was very bad so he was just trying to scam me, I paid him 4 dollars and he missed his tip. Also one of the guys that is cleaning the room did make a heart out of towels and was waiting for us outside the room an wanted to come in and take a photo of us with it. Its important to remember that being a tourist in Egypt is a lot of hassle once we leave the hotel area, so when inside the hotel we apreciate that we dont have to deal with such things and just relax.

Surprisingly, rather comfortable beds

I didn't like the hotel: - it's old and really needs renovation. - all the furniture is shabby - the staff tries to be useful but... without any success I certainly wouldn't recommend the hotel

A hotel with a nice view

The garden, proximity to the river and the pool

Hmmm, one of the staff from the hotel, saw me outside right after I checked in. He was already off duty. He started harassing me the same way other people do!!!! He pretended that he wanted to help me and show me the market, as I asked where to buy good fruit. He was going to buy spices for the hotel. I realized after some time that this was just a trick!!! He started asking for money, telling me about buying wine, other alcohol, bringing cake for breakfast… I felt so awful. I missed the sunset and did not want to find food anymore. Another young man in the Moroccan restaurant, made a rude joke about money. You would thing that a hotel that has 4 stars should be free from harassment.

Dobry kompromis w Luxorze

Piękny zadbany ogròd, fajny basen z przepięknym widokiem na Nil, dobre jedzenie, miła obsługa, jakość do ceny ok jak na Luxor (ze względu na mały wybór noclegów) blisko do świątyni Luxorskiej

Brak możliwości regulacji klimatyzacji w pokoju, co przypłaciliśmy przeziębieniem ( temperatura na zewnątrz nie pozwalała na wyłączenie klimy). Pokoje, a zwłaszcza łazienki wymagają odświeżenia ( jak na sieciówkę Jaz oczekiwałam lepszego standardu)

Good for short stay

The location on the border of Nile and close to some historical sites. The view from the room on the Nile and west side. Various external facilities like pool, bars, restaurants. The territory and garden are well maintained. Water, tea, coffee and kettle is available in the room. The helpful staff.

The bathroom is tiny, old fashioned and with bad setup. Toilet is just in front of the door which is also between the sink and the bath tub. The drainage is very poor. The description of our room from the hotel says there is a walk-in shower which is not true. The free toiletries are just basic soap and shower gel in a wall dispenser. Clearly this is not a 4-star bathroom. The beds are very uncomfortable. I had back pain at the end of the stay. The WiFi is very slow. The smell of the kerosene and the noise from the boats right beside the pool area.

Très bon petit déjeuner et dîner. Les 2 sont très variés. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel des cuisines est très gentil et au petit soin. La terrace est superbe ; elle donne sur le Nil.

Very happy 3 night stay.

Great location, very friendly staff, manicured gardens, cafe's snack bars. A floating pool on the nile. Walking distance to East bank temples. Wonderful breakfast and very good prices given the wonderful hotel it is, room service prices where also reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Great view, clean pool, great breakfast and good range of food for lunch. Clean, well manicured gardens and awesome views. Ideal for trips.

Dinner choices and value was poor, few people eating here at this time.

Very clean, comfortable, and friendly staff

Very modern and clean, also within the city of Luxor and attraction sites.

None, but taxi drivers outside right by the hotel entrance were constantly harassing about getting their ride.

good stay.

The hotel offers various services and the swimming-pool is very well localised just in front of the Nile river. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

The service in the swimming-pool bar is very long. We booked a room with a balcony and we didn’t have it. The restaurant in the hotel don’t accept visa and they close very early so we couldn’t enjoy a dessert after our meal.

Perfect stay

Great hotel. If you get a room with Nile view it’s amazing as the garden and Nile give a nice view. The reception staff is nice and helpful.

The waiters on the terrace take a long time to come to the table and get the orders the evening.

Good, could have been better

The perfect location to explore all the main sights in Luxor. My hotel room was clean, cosy and quiet. The pool is a highlight - it’s on a raised deck right on the Nile, giving you stunning views of the sunset across the West Bank. The food was ok, but could have been better considering the prices.

Ok, so here’s the thing. Luxor in general is a tourist trap. Literally everyone is out to make a quick buck by overcharging you or downright scamming you. And for a solo traveler Luxor can be a bit daunting. The hotel had absolutely no facilities to help you with information about the sights, tours, trips etc. or even general info on how to get around in the city. They were mostly just interested in peddling their overpriced limo services for everything. My room did not have a duvet. There were no plug points to charge things in the room (you have to unplug one of the table lamps for this) I had to place my electric kettle on the floor because there are no plug points for this either.

Amazing stay in Luxor

Probably one of the best Hotels in Luxor with great views of the Nile and east access to to the temples and shops . Second time staying here and will definitely stay again .
