N’y allez jamais

Rien, j’aurais mis aucune étoile si on pouvait

Literie à vomir , ménage jamais fait , personnels désagréable, 3/4 cafard dans la chambre , nourriture pas bonne ni fraîche , salle de bain à refaire .

كان رائعا واتمنى العودة مرة اخرى

في الاستقبال تجولت شذى التي تعمل في الاستقبال معي في الغرف وسألت عن مدة رضاي بالمنظر الخارجي قبل استلامها .كانت صبورة ولطيفة ثم عند العشاء ألتقينا الشاف محرز الذي رحب بنا بحفاوة بتقديمه طبق سمك اضافي خصيصا لنا وسؤاله كل مره عمل اذا كان كل شيئ بخير . منظر النزل لائق وجميل خاصة اطلالته على البحر رائعة /التنشيط في الليل كان جيدا والغناء ممتع لرقصات مختلفة/ منظر الغروب كان جميلا من الاعلى

الجبن في الطعام ليس لذيذا ربما لانه مستحضر غذائي / المسافة المقطوعة للمسبح المغطى كانت تكون اقصر لو كانت هناك المعلومات المقدمة مسبقا لأكثر من طريق/ خبزة عيد الميلاد كانت عبارة عن بسكويت وكريمة/في الليل تنقص الاضاءة في الخارج/ عدد المناشف لم يكن كافيا لعدد الأشخاص في الغرفة

Excellent holiday

Our stay at Bel Azur Hammamet was a delight from start to finish! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the room service was excellent, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The dining experience was a highlight, thanks to Chef Mahrez's culinary expertise, which added an extra layer of delight to our visit. The delicious meals were a definite highlight of our trip, making every dining experience memorable. No need to mention the sea and the pool , really amazing view and super clean and comfy. Again special thanks to chef Mahrez for the warm welcome

views at this hotel are beautiful, however the hotel itself is not worthy of 4 starts. would never stay here again. food

the location was ok and the views of the beach were absolutely beautiful

the food was disgusting. nothing was fresh, all old, cold and not a good selection of food. the property itself was dirty. the staff were awful, rude and unhelpful (especially the waiters). our room key never worked and had to go back and forth every-time. the fridge was not cold (dangerous for my baby’s milk). bedsheets we’re never changed, only the sheet to cover urself with was. honestly not worthy of 4 stars and way overpriced. this was more 2/at a stretch 3 star hotel!

Excellent hotel

Fab hotel. Made us feel very welcome. Waiter Mohammed made amazing table decor for our daughters birthday and sang for her. Yousef and the entertainment team were great. Lots of activities. Made a big effort with our daughter on her birthday. Would definitely go back.

Keep it UP bel azur !

Everything ! The staff were so welcoming, shadha is extremely empathetic and helpful ! The food was yummy , the facility of money exchange in the reception is top ! 👌 The hotel is so safe and clean the pools were very nice, it's one of my favorite hotels and I'll be back for sure !! Keep it UP team !

The AC in the hall was dropping water 💧 and it came inside the room but it's not a big deal, the cleaning lady did her best to dry the floor

Price abused

The beach .. the menu variety.

- the service quality. - the given room - the bad smells in the toilet - the cleaness of the hotel The room was not maintained. The phone has no signals .. the room was isolated. It was a bungalow but I reserved a room. But they gave me an isolated bungalow. We were two persons , they gave us only one card even when we requested a second card they refused. There was no body to manage the transat in the pool. When we requested a transat the man was not happy and told us it wasn't his job... The staff is reduced regarding the full hotel...

Beach was OK

I do not recommend visiting this place. The staff is clueless. The hotel, especially the main entrance is dirty and smelly. Facilities such as Gym, indor Pool, Hammam etc have to paid extra each time and are very pricy. E. G. A trip to the Gym will cost you 50 Dinars for a small windowless room with a few old machines. If you didn't book all inclusive they will try to charge you for everything. I even had to pay for water (2 small bottles = 5 Dirham) which is 10x the local supermarket price. If you booked all inclusive they will charge you after 12 am. The food served in the Hotel was terrible. The hotel attracts a certain kind of working class clientel. Once you walk past a different hotel one will notice a large difference Overall I do not recommend booking this hotel. The pictures etc look much better than in reality - too good to he true for that price. . You get what you pay for I guess. I won't make that mistake again.

Pleasant

The location is great in front of the beach, it is a good place to relax and enjoy the sun. The breakfast buffet was very complete and the service at the restaurant very good.

The day we arrived, we had to wait more than two hour at the reception with many other guests for check out, we were ignored by the reception personal several occasions while asking to do the check in. This was very unfortunate because we lost several hours of our time, besides we arrived very tired after a long trip and we were hoping to rest. As a remediation they gave us so tickets for one day, that otherwise are not included in the price we pay.

Disappointing hotel in a great location! Just stay by the pool!

The hotel has an excellent garden with a few pools, right at the beach. It's a great place to chill, especially when you choose the pool closest to the beach.

We didn't know that this hotel is very much a hotel for package deal tourists, often on an all inclusive deal. The quality of the food and standard at the restaurant is adapted to these deals and therefore not very high. The entertainment is great for people who are into this, but for rest seekers it's difficult to escape from loud music by the pool. I'm guessing that the 4 stars come from a different rating standard. The check in was slow and unfriendly and seeing all those groups coming in, almost made us turn around and cancel this place, however we focused on the pool and the ocean view and stayed away from peak hour in the restaurant (with grabbing masses jumping on the buffet). Then one last remark to the manager; take down the Russian flag please!

I attempted to pay for my room using my Visa card, which is widely accepted worldwide. However, to my surprise, the did not accept payment by card, and I was informed that only cash was accepted as a payment method.

Overall a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend to anyone!!

The outdoor facilities and private beach are lovely.

Unfortunately all the money has been spent on making the outside look good. The rooms are run down - broken furniture, springy beds, noisy fridge, no ac, bathroom had a stench as no fan, no kettle provided. The hotel shockingly only has two irons on the entire complex and were always unavailable, every time we requested for an iron the receptionists were snobbish and said they would bring it to us but never did, in the end we had to buy our own. Food was extremely bland and repetitive, facilities like the indoor pool would close very early. Our room was infested with spiders and insects, when we told the hotel staff they were unbothered and were going to just use repellent but we insisted on having our room changed. We constantly asked for our towels and bins to be changed but they provided a very slow service.

Superb

All the staff were helpful and kind. lunch was not very varied but everything there was very good. The Swimming pools and the beach were so heavenly.

Location is great and staff attitude

They really need to improve on their food quality it has gone down since last year,I go down mostly around 20:30 and there is barely food and it’s very messy buffet they should keep refilling till the closure of the restaurant not half hour before! Special thanks and respect to sami from the front office for his great hospitality and welcoming also very professional.
