Terrible

Disappointing. Don’t go if you expect a swimming pool or spa! Make sure you call in advance to check that the swimming pool and spa is actually operational because for the duration of my stay it wasn’t. In addition loud noises and loud construction happening right out my room. No apology and no compensation offered. Will not stay here again. I went here expecting both to be available only to be informed that the pool and spa wasn’t available. I got a call from someone at the hotel the day before I travelled who explained that they were looking forward to welcoming me but they didn’t tell me about these two important amenities being available. The female manager I spoke to when I finished my stay didn’t offer any apology or compensation when I brought this up. Very very disappointing. Will not be back and will not recommend anyone.

Ask for A/C at check in.

Good location. Easy to park outside. Clean room

The room was very warm. A/C was non-operable and a sign said it was “centrally controlled.” Ok, I thought, it is November. I will open the window. In the middle of the night I awoke covered in mosquito bites and sweating profusely. I called the desk and the fellow offered anti-itch medication. “No,” I said,” I want a colder room!!” Oh, Ok. I’ll turn on the A/C. Oh why oh why did I have to ask for this??? Also, The bed was OK, but certainly not a deluxe comfort bed as in other similarly priced hotels.

Home away from home.

The hotel is idyllic and has a great location. It's a hotel that has a soul which is enhanced by its truely phenomenal staff. They have retained, sustained and maintained what used to be the experience of customer care. They take care of you like family and pamper you alike.

All was okay, just without any fireworks.

Room was big, what is a huge advantage. All was okay.

Things in the hotel are not new anymore and you can see it - ripped bedsheet, scratched doors.

Disappointing

Room design

It is unacceptable to pay 143 Euros / night and end up in a underground floor room. When I requested a different room either first floor or even ground floor the receptionist advised that the hotel was fully booked and there was no other room available.. Well if you dont have available rooms, advertise on Booking accordingly and most importantly don't ask for 143 / night if you are going to give your customers an underground floor room.

as we were heading to Athens airport it was perfectly located for bus stop

a trip to remember. would really come back and definitely stay at this hotel again.

it’s clean and very near to everything like means of transportation, bakeries, restaurants, shopping and of course the sea

there’s nothing I didn’t like. all was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Good hotel

Great hotel by the sea and nice beach. Close to city center, walking distance with lots of restaurants. Nice rooms, good breakfast.

It’s right on the main road, so its very noisy. Difficult to sleep in the night.

easy access to shops and restaurants. clean and spacious.

my room in particular had bad smell coming from the drainage pipe although the staff made speedy efforts to rectify the problem

Location is very good. Room is clean and well equipped. Hotel employees are nice and helpful. Everything is perfect.

Nice room, mostly very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Close to the beach.

One of the swimming pool guards was unfriendly, especially toward my wife and kids. The adjacent highway made walking in the vicinity a bit unpleasant (rooms were well sound-proofed though). Hotel restaurant lunch/dinner was a bit bland.

One night stay in Glyfada for a family of 5. Stayed here before but the room this time was not ideal

Hotel is in a great location and was suitable for a family of 5 for 1 night.

Our room was in the basement. Not a great spot for a room.

Super place to stay away from crowded Athens.

Super modern hotel just near the beach. Impressed there was a lifeguard working long hours at the pool. Restaurant is super for burgers etc but you’ll need to go elsewhere for a seafood/fish menu.

The only thing missing for me was a makeup mirror in the bathroom and the shower needs a rocket scientist to decipher it…no instructions.

Hotel was well maintained, very high standards of cleaning and pool well managed . Every member of staff went above and beyond our expectations, couldn’t have wanted for more

Food in bar restaurant didn’t excel expectations. shame given every other aspect wwas amazing.
