A great place to stay when visiting Adelaide.

Great hotel for a short visit to Adelaide. Clean rooms with comfortable bedding and spacious bathrooms. Staff were very helpful. Valet was easy to use and always realiable. Location was perfect to go for walks along the river in the morning and then walk everywhere else in the CBD.

Valet was a bit pricey for a day rate ($60). I didn't have any issues reserving the breakfast buffet at discounted rates when checking in but another family I was travelling with did get contradictory info about the rate for children and were told they would need to pay walk-in rates each day...

For the money we paid not very satisfactory.

Breakfast selection was very good and the breakfast staff were very efficient and amicable.

The rooms need updating. Carpet in our room was very stained. Lounge uncomfortable. TV on the side of the bed is not conjusive to watching television in bed. Swinging doors on the bathroom very annoying in the middle of the night when someone needs to use the bathroom.

Overall an enjoyable stay and Adelaide is a nice city to visit.

Room was comfortable with a nice outlook. Sitting areas in the hotel were not that wonderful. Staff were very nice as were the food and drinks on offer in the Club however the location. decoration and outlook were not very interesting.

As above the Club facilities could be improved .

World class hotel that delivers on an amazing experience

The hotel has a very grand entry which really says something when you have a prime location that’s a lot of $ per square meter you know it’s going to be impressive so I’m checking in and I see a wedding party cars getting handed to the valet I feel like I’m in a movie so I said you know what I think tonight Michael I’m going to be Johnny deep as George young in the movie blow at least in my mind I was in character 😂 it was a busy day with the river view not possible and I was upgraded to a suite ! Omg the size of the suite was unreal there two big television sets and a guest bathroom near the entertainment area hey siri cancel my evening plans I’m good right here snacks and a mini mar a good selection of teas to sip and watch some Netflix then wow I slept like a baby it was an outstanding mattress once I’d checked out and had a sip of my morning coffee I was overwhelmed by a sense of gratitude for that experience this was a genuine example of world class hospitality right here in Adelaide

I couldn’t say I disliked anything during my stay it was great from entry to exit and I’ve just got to come back one weekend soon thanks 🙏🏼

King room is ok

Good location, nice atmosphere and the in house Japanese restaurant is excellent

This is an old tired property. I made a booking since and arrived to find there was no room available and was asked to pay an upgrade for a suite. When we got to the room it was tired and stale. We got a refund however I wouldn’t recommend these rooms.

Very large comfortable room and well -appointed bathroom made for a very relaxing 3-night stay

Large bedroom with great city view; HUGE bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Room had a desk and loveseat . Very roomy for a room with a king bed. I thought this was an exceptional value for the price.

Very pleased with my stay

Disappointing

We had to leave early due to a family pet emergency, we were not offered any options, in regards to leaving a night earlier due to us having paid on arrival. The valet service needs to be more efficient. Christmas Eve and only 1 person to deal with a line up of cars. The valet was great and apologetic, it wasn't their fault.

We had a lovely stay but the rooms do need an up do, looking a bit tired.

The location of my room was extremely poor. Bottom floor on the corner facing a building. It was dark and gloomy. Very poor room allocation.

No small fridge for keeping things cold Luke milk I requested milk at 4;30 before going out, again at 11pm on returning, again at 11:30pm it finally arrived at 12:20 am. I could have found a farm and milked a cow in that time. 7 hours and 40 minutes s was a joke..

Everything I could hope for

The ambience and the refresherner used was fantastic. Breakfast was brilliant, the variety of dishes was impressive.

At nearly$300 per night it was an average hotel.

The staff were great….. breakfast exceptional but very expensive.

The room was tired, definitely in need of a makeover. The curtains were difficult to close in particular my wife had difficulty leaning over the table to close them. The toilet cistern would run continuously unless the button was pressed frequently. At one stage we had no hot water. Door handle were difficult to grip, drawers in the robe needed fixing. You supplied robes that were very worn and shabby. The alarm clock would regularly start with no instructions on how to stop it. The TV was located to the side of the bed meaning it was very difficult to watch from the bed.

Five star space and views but in need of updating to warrant 5 star price.

The rooms are looking quite tired - older furniture, bathroom etc. Very roomy though and lovely views, but at the price-point it needs updating. Excellent breakfast.

A great place to stay for a long or short time.

The room was very comfortable and spotless. The location was perfect as it is very central. The breakfast was great, and I particularly liked that the selection changed slightly each day. The housekeeper was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable.

Great stay in the city.

great location, close to everything, great view of the river. Comfortable bed and great shower. Enjoyed the coffee machine enjoyed in a comfortable room. Friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast. relaxing drink in bar. Easy check in and checkout.

Close to city and venue where attended a function.

Rooms in need of refurbishment as outdated. The bed was very hard making for an uncomfortable sleep.

disappointing.

Outstanding location and the room cleaning service was very good. the main breakfast bar was good and the lady running the room was excellent.

Initial reception was very poor and the attendant there was very difficult to understand. the lounge on the UL is not value for money and the cost is not worth it. We were informed at reception that you could order meals there, not just the buffet, but that was not the case.
