the rooms were nice and clean , an i loved it
there was no fridge and iron in the room and the staff can be more friendlier , the daytime ones at reception and the once by the bar

1. The key was not working twice only to find that we were allocated a different room which made my dad in law wait.
2. Drinks from a previous guest were still in the fridge
3. Tear on curtain :(
4. Asked for a adaptor which was the incorrect on, my dad in law had to use TV to charge his phone.

We enjoyed the beautiful hotel and the friendly staff.
Room Feedback, in addition to the usual lodshedding, we kept having problems with the power in our room (118). Apparently, the breaker kept on tripping and that resulted in some very uncomfortable sleeping the first night, and then again during the second night, so we called reception twice and ended up walking there to find out what was going on because no one came to help us after 2 hours.
Breakfast feedback, the chef on duty at the egg station, did not really know what he was doing. Had no clue what was "over easy". We also had to ask twice for some coffee.

Shower concept is poor as the floor gets wet when you take a shower. Breakfast was poor for the money paid and when checking in, there was no one at reception
