Staff very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Flexible in trying to ensure guests are comfortable.

Delayed service, food not as good as appeared on menu . Bathrooms shower are could be cleaner. Some service provided not told upfront that one is paying for it . Honest staff.

Higher value and quality than the low cost might imply. Very clean, active security, great chief & food, wonderful friendly professional staff and management, no traffic or neighborhood noise, quite charming bar on property, centrally located in Kigali city - 20 minutes in all directions gives you easy access to all the city has to offer. Airport is a bit further out about 25 to 30 minutes. There are three small shops across the street that seemed to have the snacks, drinks and electronic accessories that travels might need. There is an alternate restaurant 2 or 3 blocks away located inside a tiny supermarket. The local people were very welcoming and there were no panhandlers. My new go to place in Kigali.

The hotel manager or staff is good and friendly and the staff are all polite and friendly and, God willing, I will stay with them every time I visit Kigali.

I liked that I was received well and even got taken to town by the manager herself. The receptionists were all nice. Had comfortable moments with the lady in the restaurant. Everyone seems pretty calm and nice. And they explain things well over there. I wouldn't mind returning.

I didn't like that I had to pay 6000rf for food i had ordered to be ready at 8pm but got told it was ready at 1am at dawn which meant I couldn't eat it. It was just absurd and that was my last night before I headed to the airport..because I wasn't around by 8 and returned around 10 and still staff forgot and I forgot but I got to pay the full bill.. Wasn't fair and the receptionist knew that although she kept apologizing. Even when the manager was called she did nothing about it. Also food takes so long to arrive it can take about 45 minutes to wait for food. Best thing is to order early prior to the time you wish to take it.

The most outstanding thing is the Staff! I was met by Diane and her colleagues whose welcome was both warm, natural and Professional. The service was all from ladies even the cleaner was a lady. From previous experience, for every 5 ladies in a Hotel as staff ..... at least two are grumpy!! In this case these were exceptionally warm. Online check in Via Booking.com was a breeze and I didn't need a credit card. No sooner head I received confirmation, head I also received notification of provision of a car to pick me as part of the room cost (Awesome!). The driver Sean too picked me on time, was very professional, courteous and attentive and even took me somewhere to do some shopping as I was famished. The hotel itself is not to large, I don't think there are bite than 20 rooms. However the room I was in 113 was clean, with toiletries (except toothpaste and a tooth brush). The room had bed sandals (disposable) a tiny fridge (yippee!) Good ventilation and a balcony. However the balcony over looked a weird neighbourhood so there was nothing in terms of a view. Though since I was tucked away at the back, I am sure there were other better views at the front. The breakfast is on order, so you do not go down stairs before making your order. I think the dining area too was quite tiny and dark. Most of the hotel members preferred to easy outside at the bar. There was not much in terms of options for breakfast (but then again, I am a picky eater) However there was a fairly decent offering of bread, eggs, fruits, teas, coffee and if you wanted juice it was at an extra cost. The bed, mattress was really comfortable, and quite quiet contrary to my expectations. So my sleep was great and restful! The TV is tuned to francophone channels and the WIFI was a welcome relief as it was fast and strong. The water in the shower worked well (tiny cubicle) it was equipped with a hair drier too. All in all, I did enjoy my stay most especially the staff and the comfort!
