Stuff are very friendly

We booked half bored but no food variety

Facilities, relexation, welcomming, executive launge was developed and quality of food was v good

Weddings are v noisy with high loud speekers and to v late hours and all rooms are distrubed w noise this is a relaxing hotel not a wedding hall, so either weddings to finish early, or loudspeekers to be lower, or weddings to be in a seperate place In addition check in was v late, and house keepers were not enough to finish on time which made guests nervous and reception v crowded w lauggage and guests

The pool and the spa are amazing. And honestly the most friendly staff and very helpful. Always a great stay.

There were less Vegan or Vegetarian options. This can be improved. Also basic amenities like slipper (Tiles floor was damn cold) or bathrobs or vanity kits or shoe polish were missing. This are normally provided from equally priced or other chain of hotels

The room is relatively good and its size is okay. However, its not clean and full of flies.

I liked everything

This hotel is a very demanded wedding location. Watch out to get a quiet room away from all the noise of the various parties.

Breakfast is very good. All staff are very nice. They considered our comments seriously and supported us during the stay

on of the best in the area of greater Alexandria , a nice surprise, the hotel is clean, staff is friendly, gym is awesome, pool is very clean, will definitely stay again
