Disappointed

The location is great

Family had severe allergy attacks it turns out the carpets and bedding had not been properly cleaned in recent times. Big dirt spots can also be seen on the carpets . Not acceptable ! The hostess also continally marched up and down and asked us to move our car to diffrent parking spots on three diffrent occasions even though we parked at our designated parking spot Apparently she feared that a tree might fall on the vehicle , if theres a known safery risk, please adress this . When one goes away on holiday these disturbance are really uncalled for ! The swimming pool fence and gate also does not comply with basic safety standards the wooden fence is not secured and the gate has no child lock other than a spring loaded close mechanism ( no proper swimming pool childlock gate) The gas barbecue is also so filthty i gave it one look and decided not use it at all. We are frequent travellers and this was by far the worse place we had stayed in in recent times Best Regards

Relaxing and close to everything

Location close to lake and beach cafe on the corner lovely walks . Bed was so comfortable nice a quiet unit everything you need and it was so clean can’t fault anything it was value for money.

Spacious, good layout. Close to everything - beach, shops, walks.

Hot water is inconsistent & wastes so much water to get it hot. Beds could be better, a bit saggy.

Great location to the beach and all the facilities for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location for accessing the beach and town without having to worry about using the car. Nice to also have a pool and access to laundry facilities, overall great place.

Great location, great facilities.

The hot water in the shower took forever to come through, and didn't last long when it did, took a bit of working out how to get a decent flow of hot water for a decent time.

I will definitely be booking another stay there. Alan and Carol were were great managers and very friendly and helpful.

The property had everything I needed and was close to shops,beach and the pub :). very cosy and well set out room.
