Great welcome, lovely room, superb facilities. Couldn't fault anything.

The indoor pool was not heated

The check in was quick and effortless and made better as we were allowed to check in 2 hours early. Our room was perfect, clean and very spacious. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of choices and coffee, or tea served at your table. The rooftop pool is such a great area to relax. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs and a bar where you can purchase drinks and food. The infinity pool just tops off a lovely area. The staff in every area of the hotel were friendly, helpful and attentive. If you stay at this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

One small gripe, when we had a blocked sink early into the night, it could not be fixed until the morning.

Room and breakfast was very good

Food was great and a very nice selection at the breakfast. The room was absolutely lovely. We had a comfort room which was upgraded for free to the delux

Indoor pool was freezing cold! And both indoor and outdoor pools were kinda small for the amount of people using it

Non hotel people were allowed to use the pool and were securing the sun beds in the shade before the people who actually paid for a room in the hotel. That’s not right.

We loved the rooftop pool and bar and adored the extensive buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was huge and very comfortable

I loved everything about this hotel!

The location is good. Buffet breakfast is very good and especially fresh fruits were excellent. Good water pressure. Good smell in laundry, not too much fragrance. Nice pool.

Buffet breakfast is very good, except tea wasn't served hot and only one cup. You could take more "hot" water by yourself + a tea bag but there weren't any tea pots and cups were small. The key cards didn't work and we had to ask for a new one many times. The blankets in beds were too hot for a summer.

Almost everything was great

one of our rooms was with no window, or I would say window inside another room, and because of that no fresh light or air inside the room at all.

Nice big room, shiny rooftop pool ! Correct breakfast.

Ask before your stay if a marriage is scheduled. If so, buy ear plugs (in a 5* hotel ? yes). Sometimes the pool is partly kept for events. Quite unpleasant to be kicked out of your chair in your hotel. Well, it was asked kindly... Check that your rool is properly locked (apparently, the lock can be faulty).
