Chambre toujours propre. Manque des portes serviettes dans la SdB, réclamation faite à l'accueil mais rien n'a été fait.
Proximité de la plage et de la ville.
La piscine: non chauffée, pas suffisamment de transat, les serviettes posées toute la journée et personne de la journée. Cela devrait être surveillé.
Pas de terrasse ouverte pour diner en soirée.
Le repas restaurant Italien vraiment pas super.
Une demi-heure d'attente afin de pouvoir avoir une boisson au bar le soir. Les bases pour cocktails en all inclusives sont très mauvaises.
Personnels pas très agréables, à part 3 serveurs au bar, 1 garçon de salle et Fatima qui faisait des crêpes au petit déjeuner.
Animations décevantes. Manque de place assise le soir afin de voir un spectacle. Manque de soirée dansante.

Pool and location both good, beach beautiful and we got beach sunbeds and body boards when we wanted them with no issues. Good having a proper duvet instead of sheets and a blanket - although duvet and pillows were really old and lumpy. Entertainment team were fun and kids enjoyed the kids club and activities. It is a shame lots of negatives existed because this has the potential to be a really great hotel.
Whilst we were initially pleased with our room as it appeared recently refurbished and quiet smart, it had multiple issues - the AC dripped significant amounts for 4 of the 5 nights, meaning it was unusable - this could be very difficult for guests inwq warmer months. The shower didn't drain away meaning it either flooded or we had to stand for a few minutes with the water off during the shower. The sliding doors had dodgy locks effectively meaning they were not secure even after maintenance worked on them. Staff were unhelpful and not easy to reach - telling us to come back to see someone at 10am the next day for example, but then we would find out they were all in a pre planned management meeting. It felt like they wanted to avoid situations rather than deal with them. There were multiple people who reported issues with toilets and sewage smells, which we experienced in the restaurant toilets which were foul and overflowed. The food and drink were very mediocre, but this wasn't a top end hotel so for the price it wasn't bad. Very loud music around pool and whole hotel until well past 11pm means this is a hotel for those who are ok with a party type atmosphere rather than anyone wanting a quieter hotel.

le service animation dirigé par mido était vraiment excellent! plein d’entrain et de bonne humeur! merci! le buffet de petit dej était également complet et assez bon. l’hôtel es proche de tt commerce et de la plage également.
les chambres sont mal entretenues. De plus on avais réserver une chambre avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples on c retrouver avec tt les lits coller ensemble…

piscine de belles taille et variées (4 zones bien différenciées) attention toutefois les maitres nageurs ne surveillent absolument pas!
chambre ok mais attention pas d'eau en bouteille dans la chambre? nous avons demandé et un serveur ( à un bar) nous a dit "au diner tu la prend". en all inclusive nous voilà à attendre de l'eau et promener (comme tout le monde) notre bouteille ou nos gobelets en plastique!
nourriture correcte mais la salle de repas est une cantine et les serveurs sont inéfficaces et à peine aimables
jus et soda de mauvaise qualité (pas frais et coupés à l'eau)
le personnel de la réception est avare d'information et ne nous a meme pas dit "bonjour" à notre arrivée encore moins un verre d'accueil ou autre signe de bienvenue
quasi aucune animation alors qu'elles sont au programme et demandée par les clients! toujours une excuse pour dire non...

Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt am Strand und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr schön und sie werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Room had sockets coming out of its place, which isn’t safe. The sink needs to be unblocked as the water takes its time going through.

Wifi didn’t work at all and the staff were not very accommodating to that.

L’emplacement tout près de la plage était idéal, la piscine belle également.
Les salles de bains étaient un peu vétustes; les buffets des repas laissaient un peu à désirer; les distributeurs de sodas & boissons chaudes faisaient un peu penser aux restaurants self-services bons marchés. Excepté la femme de chambre très attentionnée et sympathique, le reste du personnel était un peu désinvolte et peu impliqués dans ses tâches.

I liked almost everything the staff was really friendly and helpful i had a problem in the first night finding some weird bugs in the bed like alot of bugs i had to go to the reception at 3 am but fortunately they solved the problem by giving me a room with a beach view

The Seaview room was quiet with a great view, comfortable bed and good lighting.
Housekeeping, Dining and porter staff were friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety, was tasty and dishes were regularly refilled.
The pool and public areas were regularly cleaned and there were lots of sun loungers
Staff at reception had very poor English skills and kept promising to do things that were not followed through
The rate charged was far in excess of that quoted(booked flexible rate) on booking.com website
The music at the pool was very loud during activities in the late morning
All ramps in the hotel were very steep

Beautiful holiday, lovely hotel and rooms, amazing and friendly staff, great entertainment especially animators and restaurant and bar staff.
Food ... DELICIOUS massive variety.
Bathrooms need some work but it was clean.

Staff is generally friendly and helpful though some didn't speak much English.
The room is decent enough for two people and has everything we needed.
If you go to breakfast after 8:30 then there is always a long queue for fried eggs. Not sure why they can't pre-cook some fried eggs which are always in demand during breakfast.
I wish there is more varieties for breakfast.
The biggest problem for us was wifi in our room was extremely poor; we called receptions three times about the wifi but nothing happened. This might be because the room was in the corner; still they could at least try to fix this. In the end, we just gave up calling and used our mobile data a lot as the wifi signal was just too weak to be stable.

Excellent place to stay. Excellent staff who were always very respectful and helpful. The complex is very clean and the staff work well to maintain this. Such comfortable beds too- had great sleeps every night. A beautiful location and lots to do there.

The room was comfortable, attractively decorated with a balcony and nice sea view (extra cost). Breakfast was great with a huge selection of different food choices and delicious. Hotel grounds are pleasant and attractive. Location is ideal, right on the beachfront.
Very loud music played at the poolside all day meant the pool was not enjoyable or useable for relaxing, and there was no other pool open during my stay. Staff at front desk seemed to see the guests as an inconvenience and it wasn't easy to get their attention. Breakfast restaurant was utter chaos - a big noisy canteen, where you had to compete for a table and clean cutlery. Overall a disappointing stay.

It was a beautiful property in a beautiful location
The staff were rude and unhelpful,
My room didn’t have AC working which I complained about on day 1 of my 8 day stay over there. This wasn’t fixed in the entire time I was staying there, they finally offered me a bigger room after my 6th day of complaining but because I had another room with 2 guests next door, I didn’t want to be far from them, so if they couldn’t move then I didn’t. What I expected to happen was the day I complained if the problem in the room couldn’t be fixed I should have been moved to another room immediately and not be offered this on my final day, that was a disgrace.
My room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days, on the 4th day I needed to call someone outside the room and say please come clean my room.
The staff would be rude, and often accuse us of things like loud noise late at night etc but it didn’t add up because the times they’d complain about us, we would not have been in the property. I feel like they were just looking for reasons to profile us.
All in all I was extremely disappointed with my stay here, it was a beautiful property like I mentioned and if anyone else goes, I hope your experience is a lot better than mine. I just won’t be going here again.

nothing special. careful the hotel will try to charge you city tax two times, once on checkin and once on checkout as well. I had to argue with them to let them know paid the city tax upon arrival. not even sure if there is really a city tax!
