Location perfect. Room very big and view from window spectacular.

Beds not very comfortable. Mattresses kept sliding and sheets too small!

Room was clean with good view. Would have liked slightly bigger room. Location was excellent for our needs. Restaurants, bars and transport. Breakfast was adequate and plenty of choice. Staff very helpful too.

Would have liked a cocktail bar to retire to and more lounge facilities.

Our room was only cleaned once in the time that we were there (7 nights), even had to go and keep asking for basic things like clean towels and toilet paper as these weren’t even given. The breakfast was very average and tasted like basic catering food that had been mass fried and then stored away after every breakfast for the next day. The staff were pleasant but there was a communications barrier with some of the staff not being able to speak Maltese or English. The bathroom also had a poor smell almost like there was an issue with water draining and the water had remained stagnant in the pipes.

Location is perfect, right near the bus stop and sea was very near. Staff was helpful, indoor swimming pool was temperature controlled.

No Sound proofing was there for 4 nights , couldnt sleep a single night well. Breakfast was not good , very limited options and only store bought food. Bed was too small for a person 6feets

Location was handy, cheap for late/early arrival travellers. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It was outdated, rooms could of been cleaner (showers had mould). Needs some TLC

The duvets were thin and felt not comfortable.

Good location, close to many restaurants and bars, and with a bus stop just outside with buses every few minutes heading to Valetta. My room was very quiet too.

The place seems to be three buildings combined into one and was confusing to navigate at first. The place also needs more or faster lifts/elevators as they could be very busy.

The view from the window was fantastic. Size of the bed was huge - you could be lost in that. There was plenty of space in the room. Coffee and tea was available in the room. The room and all the hotel was always cleaned. And the condition of the room was overall very good.

Variety of the breakfast could be wider and the hair dryer in the room could be more powerful.

Breakfast was great, location as well, bus station was in front of our hotel. Hotel staff is so friendly.

The hotels location, facilities and breakfast were all as expected from the booking information.

The hotel contacted me directly to ask if I wanted to arrange airport transfer. The price was a little more expensive than recommended taxi prices but seeming it was a bank holiday weekend, party of 6 people with some pensioners and a disabled person I choose to book the transfer. The pick up transport was not waiting when we landed and we had to contact the hotel and wait but I put this down to the fact that our flight was delayed. But then for pick from the hotel the transport again did not turn up, we reported this to the reception continuously and it eventually arrived 45 minuets late causing us issues getting to the airport on time.

Good breakfast, but the same everyday.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is very good. If you are bus person you can reach pretty much of touristic destination from in front of hotel. The view is best but only on higher floors. There is slight traffic noise even if the window is closed. There is small indoor pool and Jacuzzi (not hot one) but we didn't tried it. One point is you get only fridge and kettle if you have supreme room. Not included in normal room.

The breakfast was boring after second day. It was same english breakfast everyday and not many option to pick. Coffee was very normal coffee. I recommend to grab coffee from Costa Coffee infront of hotel. The room is nice but it can be cleaner. We got second floor room at first and washroom was very very small. You barely fit. But then we got 5th floor room and amazing view and room design. Our AC also didn't work but we didn't much care since it was 20 outside. The hotel is old by itself but it is good hotel.

Great location, which is why we stayed here again. The staff were friendly as always and the breakfast was plentiful (although the juice machine that dispensed coloured water that was allegedly 'orange' or 'pineapple' etc needs to be looked at). Breakfast coffee machine produced excellent quality drinks. The beds were really comfortable and the view on the higher floors from the sea view rooms are exceptional.

The tiled floors in the rooms really need a deep clean, simply sweeping them doesn't work. I could scrub a layer of black dirt off just walking around in my socks. The cleaning wasn't really up to standard in the rooms, there were crumbs that were there when we arrived and still there 2 days later! The TV channels are useless, the signal broke up continually, and the choice of channels is poor comared to other hotels we've stayed in. Invest in a package like Go or Melita, it can't be difficult or expensive! As always in Maltese hotels, noise from other guests is an issue as the buildings lack any sound proofing between rooms and the stone used means a footstep down the corridor reverberates through the walls and floors. The other issue was that even though it's December, it was still 20 degrees, meaning 23 plus inside the rooms. The aircon was restricted so that you couldn't get any cold setting, only heating, which made both nights unnecessarily uncomfortable.
