We hadden de deluxe kamer . Was prima , alleen wc en douche in de gang dus in de nacht niet handig

Nog nooit zo een slecht hotel gehad . We zijn na 1 nacht weg gegaan. We hadden 3 nachten geboekt. Discotheek naast hotel tot 4:00 keihard muziek. Een bouwplaats ernaast. Aan een zeer drukke weg. Locatie vreselijk… geen restaurants in de buurt. Geen receptie aanwezig bij aankomst

Mala experiencia

Los metieron en un zulo sin ventanas que han habilitado como apartamento cuando realmente esa estancia no está capacitada para albergar a las personas. Es el primero a la derecha.

We enjoyed it very much.

We had the villa which was lovely.

There was some noise until the early hours of the morning but thankfully we were further away from were it was coming from so was ok we did feel for the rooms close to the front as it saw pretty loud party music

Moldy Bungalows. Next to a Firestation.

The pool was nice, the staff were really friendly. Also the free coffee was nice too.

The bungalow we booked was so moldy and damp. It was run-down and wasn't clean. The shower is half outside and had mushrooms growing in it. We had people in the room above us and we could hear what they were saying word for word it was so loud. We moved rooms to another king room and it was definitely an improvement but still had some mold in the air. It didn't even have a shower head, just a pipe spraying a jet of cold water out. The hotel is next to a fire station too, so loud alarms going throughout the night. It's not worth the money, stay somewhere else.

Worst experience in Mexico

Nothing

Luis and Margarita are the most unprofessional people I’ve met in my years of traveling. During my 1 week stay, countless issues: - broken AC - terrible WiFi - smell of mold - light coming through so you can’t sleep I changed rooms 3 times and the worst part is when Luís literally tried to kick me out by canceling my reservation on booking.com an hour before my diving starts. Margarita just stood there with her fake smile and told me I have to move out immediately. I will not even stay here again if someone paid me. Stay away!

Personal war sehr nett!

die Zimmer sollten wenigstens sauber gemacht werden und frische Handtücher bereit gestellt werden. Hygiene und Sauberkeit ist wichtig für die reisenden.

Super cute and affordable spot off the beaten path

It’s a super cute little property enclosed in a compound, has very tropical vibes and decor, friendly and helpful staff, hammock on the patio, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, and coffee pot/water kettle in the room.

It’s far from the center so get a moped or bike to get around on. Pool loungers need padding, just laying on a towel on the wood was not super comfortable.

Very good

Nice villa for 2 families of 5, flexibility on check-out, we could stay bit longer. Nice pool and great restaurants on walking distance (like Mr. Taco).

Home away from home in Cozumel.

Large 3 bedroom, 1.5bathroom villa was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had space. The full sized kitchen was handy for prepping food and full sized dinningroom was convenient to eat in comfort right in our villa. The pool was nice for an evening dip. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and quiet. The balcony and front patio was a great area to enjoy and relax too. 5 min drive from downtown and Super Market.

It was not a negative but it was a 25 min walk from Ferry and downtown area. Could be long carrying bags in sun/heat. I would recommend taking taxi. Also consider renting a car for 24 hours to get around area with ease.

Charming place with super friendly reception

Super friendly and helpful front desk reception. Charming outdoor space. The rooms have character, some more rustic than others, and they’re pretty spacious and clean.

We had two rooms and the one that was more rustic had a lot of gaps between the doors and windows that let a lot of the AC escape. It’s also a good 15 min walk to the town center.

Gorgeous place!! Really beautiful with very hard working staff.

Construction by the pool all week. It's a noisy part of town, just need ear plugs and no problem Needs proper cookware for the microwave, I asked for it but didn't receive it.

Amazing place to stay in Cozumel, definitely a place worth the value

We booked a villa for our family for one night and everything was great. The price we paid for everything was well worth it, definitely recommend this place. The villa is spacious, clean and has everything we needed. The place felt really safe, the staff was kind and polite. The receptionist that welcomed us was awesome, very polite and explained everything very clearly. The outside area, where all the villas and rooms are situated is amazing, the details and decorations we saw were wonderful, we were really impressed how everything was organized. If you come with your bikes, there is a special place for them, where they are safely stored, that was a big plus for us, because we rented bikes to explore the island.

We were expecting something else when we saw that a continental breakfast was included in our rate. It was actually just coffee and some marmalade with bread at another restaurant, outside of the property. The restaurant and that staff was amazing and the food delicious, we do not regret eating there, but just be aware, if you decide to go there and get something extra from the menu, you need to pay for it, around 100-200 pesos/person, which is still a good deal, because the food was delicious.

The male receptionist and the girl in the morning was nice . Decoration was good.

A bit noisy from the street, we got a windowless room and I felt a bit claustrophobic .

Overall good stay with a few caveats

Large room with comfy bed. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Some described services are a little misleading: we booked the room with breakfast included, it turned out to be a cooperation with the restaurant next door where you are served coffee and bread (with cheap jam), but everything else has to be booked separately as a breakfast formula for additional 139 pesos… Also, the complementary water turned out to be a 0.75l bottle for 2 people for 2 days. The garden area is really nice, however, the noise from the road outside as well as from different bars around might be bothering people with a rather light sleep.

Nice villa, not so great organisation!

It's good value for money, that's for sure. Big space with separate rooms and a kitchen (our villa was 2 stories, 3 bedrooms). Full-sized fridge so I would think it's a pretty good place for long term stays! 20min walk to the coast so not too bad in that sense either. And a parking space off the road specially for our villa, handy seeing as we took our car.

It was very difficult to find any staff during the day. We had to wait a good 15min to get our breakfast ticket because the one person we eventually found didn't know where they were, and the other person who eventually came struggled as well. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast is not on site, it's a few minutes down the road in a restaurant and the staff there seemed to insist that the "free" part wasn't much and that we should order something. Not a great way to greet guests in my opinion! And finally for check-out, there was nobody to be seen, so we just left after 15min of looking for someone.

Poor

Bedroom was the only nice thing

Firstly, there is unfair current exchange, what is not said in the beginning. I tried to pay with booking.com when doing the reservation and it wasn't possible until I arrived. First thing what we did after arriving was asking for payment! We lost 10 % with unfair exchange rate. The second thing we reserved other apartment, which appeared to be not available. We received the worse one. Kitchen was awful with dirty equipment. Sofas were dirty. From AC there was a smell of mould. When we said that we want to cancel the payment and book another hotel, they said no. Not recommended, the money is the priority, nothing else.
