Déception, personnel adorable mais piscine inexploitable

L'accueil du personnel adorable, chambre propre. Bouilloire et thé dans la chambre. Le lit est confortable

La piscine ... J'avais réservé cet hôtel principalement pour sa piscine car je passait 1 mois et demi en road trip dans plusieurs pays d'Afrique. J'étais dans celui ci pour un mariage avec l'envie de me faire un plaisir car le reste de mon voyage serait très backpack et à moindre coût ... Et bien j'ai pas un orteil de peur de le perdre. L'eau est sale et trouble, rempli de matières étranges type algues vraiment très déçue. L'hôtel commence à faire vieux et n'est pas comme sur les photos. Le petit déj n'étant en plus pas compris vous pouvez vraiment trouver mieux à Kigali !

Internet was a big deal for me and they provided that. Thanx.

Swimming pool needs to be repaired. It's got algae due to falling off tiles. Wood around the pool is rotting off hence risky walking around pool area. Breakfast is the same affair. They should have a variety.

The location and view from the hotel balcony was impressive. Very organized, well behaved Staff.

I didn't like the fact that there was no fridge in the room, so i have to use their fridge in the kitchen.

The cleanliness of the place, the quietness of the place and the amazing stuff always ready to help out.

I think they can do better in the kitchen especially delay in the orders but above all the stuff are so good.

If you are on the fence about booking with Peponi, don’t hesitate because you won’t regret it

We have stayed in several hotels in Rwanda and this is definitely the best one! The staff was very condescending to our big family and small budget. Great views, decent food, clean and comfortable.

the cleaning staff was a little pushy about cleaning the room when we just wanted some privacy but you got to appreciate their zeal, may the Lord bless them.

10/10 we felt like home

We had an amazing week here, the staff is super friendly and helps with everything you need. The rooms are spacious and get cleaned every day. There is free water provided at any time. Whatever you need, you text the front desk via Whatsup and 5 minutes later you have it. great view, good pool! 10/10

good value for money

good location on the outskirts of the city, with a nice view of the hillsides opposite. very good value, booked with a mobile-price discount for a 3 bedroom apartment. spacious rooms with an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, each room with a balcony. very clean and own kitchenette with a kettle, fridge, microwave and sink. the pool was clean and there is an outdoor shower and toilets nearby. checkout at 12noon was perfect, you can book a masseuse and after a little negotiation also a stay at the pool if your flight is later on.

despite the fact that we booked breakfast for both days, the second day was a problem as it seems the message wasn’t relayed and we had to wait for over an hour for the breakfast to start to come out for the 5 of us. some other occupants haven’t had a breakfast booked and they were served well before us. other than that, the decking around the pool wasn’t best maintained with slats poking out and the tiles around the pool were very slippery (not suitable near a pool to be honest) be mindful of the route Google chooses for you to get there, only 1 out of the 3 options is actually a good road :)

Very clean and lovely apartment that is equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. Peponi's staff are very friendly, very helpful, and great hosts. Had a great stay!

This residence is far from the center and is suitable for those who have a private vehicle, of course, the city is full of motorbikes that can carry one person.

Almost all the equipment is old،and Before booking the hotel, I read the comments of one of the passengers that it was very difficult to sit and use the furniture. To be honest, I did not understand what that friend meant at the time, until I booked this hotel myself and realized that they were absolutely right because they were not really usable.

Staying in Peponi was a great experience; unforgettable experience of hospitality.

Exceptionally clean, extremely friendly and hospitable staff and quick service response. I booked for a room but the hotel graciously gave me a suit. I loved the local fish stew and always looked forward to breakfast.

The airconditioner in my room did not work throughout my stay because of loss of remote control. A standing fan was provided but I am allergic to standing fans. There was also no refrigerator in the room.

Superb

We love that we can stay with our whole family of 6 for an affordable rate, but still have space. Apartments are our go to when visiting Kigali. We also like that there is a pool.

The price is increasing which we understand, because lots of people are learning about the location. Sad for us but good for them.

Perfect place for relaxation

Wonderful place with nice pool and comfy rooms. The stuff were super friendly and compare to what we got, the price is very good!

The place is a bit far from the center but with the mototaxi you can reach everywhere fast & cheap

Pleasant

A building in need of renovation located on a hill with a swimming pool, which I do not recommend to those who do not have a car due to its distance from the city center. The building needs basic spraying because it is full of small cockroaches. I didn't eat there, but I ordered an ice cream and I regretted it because it seemed to have melted and refrozen many times.

Ihad reserved four double bedrooms for seven people, but I was given a three-bedroom apartment, and when I protested and showed them the reservation, they gave me another two-bed room. And suddenly price went from 70 dollars to 141 dollars
