Für eine Nacht ok.

Ruhige Lage, nettes Ambiente, gutes Frühstück.

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht abschalten, obwohl sie auf „off“ war, machte sie die ganze Nacht Geräusche. Wir haben es dem Personal gesagt, aber es wurde nicht repariert. Zudem gab es nur ein Bett, obwohl ich ein Zimmer für 3 gebucht hatte.

Why isn’t Tru Hotels the standard? This was great

THE BATHROOM HAS LIQUID HAND SOAP!! Overall the bathroom was great. The bed was extremely soft and cozy. Breakfast was great. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel so welcome in Mobile

There were some crumbs and wrappers that fell behind the bedside table from previous guests, so maybe those areas need to be checked more frequently. But everything else was PERFECT

The staff everywhere else was great, breakfast was very nice considering.

Location, ease of access.

Person checking us in was more interested in answering the phone than anything else and it sounded personal. Then he couldn’t find the reservation even when I gave him the reservation number, had my license insisting I reserved under a different name. I stopped talking to him and called the main office and he found the reservation.

Great place. We’d certainly stay again if we travel through.

Almost everything. Great breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Our room was the last one one on 4th floor. Workman were scraping and painting the outside wall of our room. It was very noisy until 8 pm and the workmen started again at 8:00 am. It didn’t affect our stay but if someone who needed rest or a nap was in the room, they would have been very upset.

In general I’m fully satisfied and would love to come again.

The staff is very professional and helpful. Location is good. Near is located costco, gas station, buffet, top golf etc. That’s very convenient. The room was clean and neat.

The only thing I wish could be added is a bottle of water as a compliment.

One and Done with Hilton Tru

Very clean and spacious room but quite cold when I first arrived. Very convenient to ample shopping and restaurants. Staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower nice and strong.

As with most modern Hilton properties, cheap construction probably with cheap materials and cheap labor just to be able to erect a hotel in minimal time. Walls and floors/ceilings are very thin allowing for noise from every direction, even noises you don't want to hear. A miserable night's sleep. Definitely will not stay here on my next trip through.

Rude staff, literally only encounter one polite staff member. Management was non existent she was more interested in please her staff then the customers. Floors were dirty. Def not up to trust standards in my opinion. Have stayed at others and this was one was just not good at all.

Great staff and property

Great location and easy on and off the highway

Housekeeping could step it up a little bit. Floors still had crumbs from previous occupant and drink stains on the bedside table, and the shower had hair in it.

Nice layout , easy to get in and out and close to places to eat

The shower handle was coming apart and the sink faucet was loose and could turn on the base.

Was a wonderful place for my family and I to stay.

I loved how family friendly this hotel was. There is a pool table and games in the lobby. Extremely family friendly and clean!

Waffle machine was broken and was looking forward to a hotel waffle lol. On the bright side the eggs were tasty. Made an English muffin.

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet

The room was clean and modern, everything worked. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was welcoming. It was quiet, i didn't hear other guests. It Is right off the freeway, but set back, so no traffic noise. Plenty of restaurants near by.

I didn't like the two traffic circles i had to negotiate. I really dislike traffic circles, but that's just me.

Breakfast on weekends starts at 7:00am. Needed to leave the hotel at 6:30am on Saturday so I didn’t have the chance to eat.
