Good, but I know that breakfast stops at 10.30 , however from 09.40 there was no further fresh croissants and also on Friday 6th October there was no melon out , when I asked for melon the waitress did bring some out on a dinner plate , I just took 3 pieces , I did hear other people looking for melon too.

I did not like the fact that from 09.40 there was no refill of croissants etc , it felt like as it was after 9.30 there was no refill, and also no melon out. Also from 1st October there was no ice cream The food dishes were not replenished I. A timely fashion Out at evening meal , there appears to be food rationing in general, also serviettes in short supply.

Za każdym jednak razem wysoka kultura osobista, gościnność i troska o gościa całego personelu hotelowego wyróżnia pozytywnie ten obiekt (brawo ALH!). Dodając do tego niezwykłe położenie wśród drzew i cudowny widok na pełne morze, czynią ten hotel idealnym miejscem na wakacyjny odpoczynek.

Definitywnie czuć w bolących plecach, że zleżałe materace w łóżkach wymagają wymiany na nowsze i twardsze. Duża liczba gości na plaży nie uzasadniała, by leżaki na plaży były ustawione tak gęsto, że przejście pomiędzy nimi było prawie niemożliwe.

This property is amazing. From its swimming pool to food to staff. Everything from the minute we got there was just perfect. The staff were very helpful - you can ask the reception for an iron and ironing board and they will drop it up to the room. There is a great shuttle service that drops and collects you from Cavtat town. It is approx 7-10 mins drive from the airport which is ideal! The outdoor swimming pool is great. You do have to get there early to get a seat as people put their towels out! Breakfast is a wide variety buffet. The room was beautiful we had a middle view with trees that sheltered from the direct sun which made it lovely and cool. The sounds of the crickets were lovely!

The one thing that was a bit annoying was the elevators. They are temperamental but out of the control of the staff!

We stayed few times in this hotel. It has a very nice pool, it’s clean and the hotel staff is kind. Breakfast is very good.

We didn’t like the room service food. We orderd 2 times and we couldn’t eat anything. It was so bad. Also the beach and the pool restaurants didn’t have a good quality meals. We used to eat very well in this hotel before so I don’t know what happend.

Great location. Loved the cliff side loungers and bathing areas. Great facility of the golf buggies to give alternative to steps in both directions to the town. Poolside bar was great for both drinks and lunch. Very reasonable prices. Abundant towels at all Swinming/ lounging locations.

The piano bar was only open till 12. We came back from Dinner later and for a 5*hotel I feel this was too early to close. Service should be offered later if there are customers in the bar. Our room air con only went down to 23.5 which was far too high. Our room also had a very unpleasant smell which was made worse by the high temperature.

Friendly - hard working staff. Comfy bed - spotlessly clean throughout. Catered for children and child minding. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Some clients that paid extra for larger room & sea view were dis-appointed to find view blocked by trees - this should be pointed out during booking process.

Incredible view from terrace. Cavtat is a great little town and very close. Nice and quiet room. We were just there for one night before flying out but we wish we had come here for three nights instead of Dubrovnik, as it's much more laid back and there's a boat that shuttles you over to Dubrovnik anyway and great walking along the shore. Good air conditioning in May too, unlike our Kotor hotel which doesn't turn it on until mid June!
