Amazing view, the bed was so comfortable that we nearly slept through our alarms and the location was awesome too being right across the road from a shopping centre
Our shower head leaked for a little while after being turned off and the weird window facing the toilet was a bit of a weird design but luckily there was a blind.

The view of the harbour is indeed spectacular and worth paying a little more for in my opinion. Having seen reviews about train noise being an issue I booked an upgraded room on the 12th floor and wasn't disturbed by it. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Pillows are on the thicker side, but I didn't ask if other options are available.
The room service dinner options I tried were "standard" meals - battered fish, bolognaise and lasagne - but flavoursome and enjoyable. Staff are friendly and efficient. After multiple bad experiences with Uber Eats (on separate trips to Sydney) a decent room service option was definitely appreciated.
Special mention must go to hotel bar staff member Ben who has an amazing talent for cocktails that are spectacular to watch being made, and delicious to drink!
No bath oils or salts are supplied. This would be a nice value add for the upgraded room, especially as you can't actually see the view from the bathtub due to the high placement of windows.

We had a harbour view room. which provides a stunning vista of the harbour bridge, harbour, Lavender Bay and Barangaroo. The hotel is really close to North Sydney station or you can walk down to the ferry (which is about 10 minutes down quite a few stairs but through a lovely garden to the waterfront.) The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. The staff here are really welcoming and friendly too. From the person who cleaned our room to the staff member who made my coffee order. They were really happy to chat and provided service with a smile. The reception staff also answered many queries easily and were most welcoming. This was our second stay and we will be back again.
The only issue was the carpark access swipe cards never worked.

The staff were excellent and helped me get a room at the very last minute.
Rooms were clean and easy to access. Bed was comfortable, and the view was decent. Accessible to eateries, stores and the train station was a hop away.
The wall sockets are old and are not able to handle international adapters. Going on a business trip this is important and the sockets should be able to hold these adapters with ease. I had to shore up the adapters in order to work and charge my phone.

Everything was incredible! We stayed in room 909 and the view was unbelievable. We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary and they left us a bottle of wine and a card! Was very special. Staff were incredible as well. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous view of Sydney Harbour the bridge & city, from our room you could see for miles.
Bathroom was a little small but functional & clean.

Great views of Sydney Harbour.
Easy train access to the city & airport and plenty of walks/shops in the Nth Sydney area.
Front entrance a little hard to find.
Reception didn't have Sydney tourist maps.
A swimming pool would have made it a 10.

The location and bedding configuration was perfect for 3 of us.
Having to ensure the blind into bathroom was down and giving each other privacy as shower is near window looking into bedroom.

The View North Sydney was very nice, rooms were clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Located almost on top of the Nth Sydney train station and within walking distance of the Harbour Bridge, central Sydney and Nth Sydney .
Our room had a picture window from the bathroom overlooking the bed (it did have a translucent blind), if you wanted to use the facilities at night it lit up the whole room when you turned on the light. There is train noise as the line does run under the hotel. Also they do allow pets to stay so you might end up sharing a lift with a dog.

Hotel was in a great location, room was clean, it had the basics.
Quite rundown looking, needs a refurbish, and you can hear the trains (we were on level 7).

The bartender/manager Ben is outstanding! He took his time to meet the customers' needs and ensured that we were not bored. 10 out of 10!
There were times when the heater was not working in our room on the eleventh floor.

the view was amazing and the close proximity to public transport made getting around to see the sights really easy.

The view was located in such a convenient spot, the amenities were great and the staff were very helpful.
I have stayed at the view many times before and I am always placed in a room above the rail line, despite me always requesting staff at the front desk not to be. being right above the rail line makes it a bit hard to fall asleep.

Breakfast selection was great, room service meals delicious and view over the harbour spectacular
Not a negative but more a minor improvement that would enhance the experience. A sheer window curtain would have been nice so you can still enjoy the view with the illusion of privacy. Would also prefer windows not to be gaffa taped around the edges

Clean and comfortable bed. Extras all that you need over night.
View to Greenwood when literature and name indicate a view to city. We were too tired after a long drive to argue. The entry card didn't work to garage or to apartment on level 6. In room meal service advertised but no menu in room and only access via app.
Room so small it could have been a converted storeroom.
