Good

Neighborhood is inconvenient even for simple needs. You'll need transportation. Huge beautiful park within waling distance, however, with lots of little lakes. Pool is OK. Great gym but no AC - gets super hot inside. Big Thai style room - bare bones. Front desk folks not very engaging but polite. All considered, a bit overpriced but OK.

good place to stay

great big room with massive bed. decent AC unit and good TV. room also has a tiny little balcony which does come in use to be fair. location is about 20min walk to centre of Phuket town. the pool is nice but barely any places to sit or sunbath. the gym is without doubt the selling point. incredible gym next door that free to use for all hotel guest. hotel restaurant offers good decent food but language barrier is awful. almost impossible to communicate even with translator. on a couple of occasions we just left and ate somewhere else. which was frustrating because the food is good an affordable but such a stress just to order. I would recommend staying here, but Phuket town in general is not somewhere I would return too. there is very little happening there. best of staying west side of Phuket.

pool was nice but very limited space to relax and sunbath. restaurant was good but so difficult to communicate.

The pool. Price was OK.

Staff member that was on reception as we were checking in was playing a game on his phone and barely acknowledged we were there. Was disappointed he had to stop playing his game and was just ridiculously rude. Place did not feel clean l.

Very good

The rooms aren't anything special but the gym is incredible and the swimming pool is great. If you're a gym person and you want a good workout space for free with your accommodation this is THE place to go.

There isn't much to complain about. It was pretty much what we expected for the price. The hotel is a bit old but there's a lot of space in the rooms and the aircon works.

not to sound degrading, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for some kind of leisure experience

it was clean, we were allowed to check in early, and no issue on check out

not a great location. there seemed to be a mouse or something alike, nibbling at our headboard at night time. could be heard running around also. the first night our a/c made horrific noises, but it was repaired the next day (fair play) I would recommend staying elsewhere, and paying the extra money. the pool was in the shade after 1pm every day. the restaurant had limited options. there was no karaoke, no spa, just an empty building. the shower head couldn’t be moved. it had good power but the entire bathroom ended up soaked after every shower as their was no doors on it. every time you shut the door of the balcony on one side, it opened the other side even when it was locked. the 3 sun loungers at the pool were all broken.

It's a decent place ruined by unusable wifi and a lack of effort from staff to take it seriously.

Location is fine - the main benefit is you get free access to the gym next door. It's a five / ten minute walk to old town in a quiet area. It's a great location for the price I feel.

The wifi is shocking. I don't know how it's score is so high. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED GOOD WIFI. It dropped in and out alot. I stayed here due to a visa run and had some meetings and it was just impossible to use and left me a very bad impression. I asked them to fix it but the staff member just laughed at me and wouldn't even call the manager. It's unacceptable how bad the wifi is for the price per night. It's a shame I'd give it five stars if the wifi was decent but it's TERRIBLE.

overall it’s worth the value for money.

The room is cleaned everyday with new towels and two bottles of water. There is also access to the gym downstairs, which is great,

There isn’t much room to chill by the pool and the lounge chairs are in awful condition.

Good gym included in price.

I asked for a late checkout (3h later) but this would have been charged with 275 Baht, so I found another solution. No motorbike nor bicycle rent available.

Not staying again

The location was not bad, near the old town. And have a good breakfast.

The room was not clean, there was hair on the sheets and dust on the furniture. The staff was friendly but not very communicative. we needed directions because it was raining and they couldn't help us.

A great place to see Phuket town from

Excellent room and excellent service. Make sure you try the rice soup/ porridge fro breakfast. Staff were eager to please. We will return.

POO-KET

Phuket more like Poo-ket, the vile smell of sewage that was CONSTANT throughout my stay, I would wretch walking into my room, this was from my first day of arrival. the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, I was made to wait 6 hours in the lobby before being able to check in to my room, when I finally got in there were bugs all over the walls and floor. the towels had brown stains. screaming throughout day and night. pure disaster start to finish. unless rudeness and the smell of sewage is your cup of tea, I would not recommend this hotel.

I wasn’t too happy about this hotel .

The pool is nice lots of space to swim .

The location it’s bad , far from everything . The room is old , full of ants and occasionally lizards… no water pressure, the mattress was s super bad .

Passable

Comfortable room with balcony. Comfortable big bed. Every day we got water. Helpful staf in recepcion.

After cleaning room was full of black hair in bathroom and everywhere dust. Breakfast with black hair inside. Ants in chocolate. Staf in restaurant really not symphatic.

No stay hotel

Only 2 things. The staff. And you can use the gym next door.

The rooms are so basic . The shower is non controlled in a good direction and it has no door so the foot is soaked. The bed is hard . It's on a very noisy road. And the breakfast was not good at all. Just avoid if you can.

The worst hotel quality and bad security & Policy’s

the pool ..

well where do I start , the Wi-Fi was crap, hardly couldn’t watch a movie it would stop start all the time. The towels for Raggy . you’ll also have to pay for your pool towels and if you wanted extra towels. Most of all that upset us was the lack of security . ( as you see below in the photo the wee book that they had in the hotel , on the first sentence it said - if something goes missing they take no responsibility at all if you lose anything in your room .. The locks on the doors where old key style pushbutton ones not good security at all .. we did asked for our money back they refused our refund , we left after two days of how five night booking.. The manager wouldn’t even come out of his room to address our concerns , the poor lady at reception who was a lovely sweet girl who had to deal with our concerns, we feel sorry for her because of this. no coffee and tea / no Face cloth‘s or hand towels or soap , lacked the minimum .. they did shift us to another room, A slightly better room but no better security .. 25 minutes walk to town in real hot heat, Location wasn’t good , no real restaurants nearby... The pool photos look good as photos of rooms tho lacked quality and tired . you need to take your suitcases up stairs and ramp at 100 m away. any items taken from room is charged for. 500 bt security fee held for room key also. everything felt cheap , eg worn out freyed towels n you pay for standard issue at other hotels. I’d avoid this out of it place.

Hotel extras are nice, rooms not so much.

Gym is a commercial gym linked to the hotel, just awesome! Pool was pleasant. Staff very friendly!

The room didn't have a hairdryer The bed was very hard, we had trouble having a good night sleep
