I ask at the reception to send someone fixing my AC and Tv no signal he told me ok we gonna send technician but no body come intel I get out no body come so expensive for bad service

The room we were suppose to be in got upgraded to deluxe family room and it was nice and spacious. The beds are massive and comfortable!

We were upgraded as the first room we were taken to was right next to the pool- which meant it was too loud for us, especially our young children. But the manager Mohamed was amazing and thoughtful, he changed the room for us and it turned out to be perfectly situated.

we liked the location and garden area.

Room looked old, needed improvements and lifts were difficult to get into. we booked a superior, but it didn’t feel like superior.

The location is great, walking distance from everything you need and private access/sitting area at the beach. Staff was nice.

AC was not working and floor didn’t seem like they had been washed properly. Some areas need to be cleaned/maintained better.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in terms or entertainment and how friendly the staff are! Every night there’s entertainment at the sports bar and throughout the day there’s a range of activities/games you can get involved in. The animation team are so helpful and really made our experience amazing!

Since we had just come from a luxurious hotel, we were a little disappointed on the first night of arrival, because it is clear that it is an old hotel, the walls of which have simply been painted over. This room is newly renovated and the bed was VERY comfortable. In the bathroom, the doors were dirty, which I cleaned myself, because the brown "paint" on the doors was not what I wanted to see every time. The floors in the room could also be cleaner. If the first night we were rather disappointed with our choice of hotel, the next day we got used to everything and finally enjoyed our vacation very much. Considering how good the price we got for the all in package, we would visit this hotel again!

The hotel was located opposite the beach and walking distance to restaurants and a few souvenirs shops. There are also taxi and bus links available which makes it very easy to get around Agadir. Souk El Had (market) was approximately 30 mins walk. Having breakfast included was a plus!

Although the room was decorated well, some upkeep is required.

The staff was very friendly. Very comfortable bed and good sanitary equipment. Own beach. Coffee in lobby bar was very good. I will definitely come back.

close to beach, hotel staff keep it really clean , hard working staff at meal times. relaxed hotel, pool and music, should mix music up 70/80/90 classic etc too. room was nice tv bathroom booked a DOUBLE And were in two single beds attached 🙄. food nice fresh daily. city tour worth doing see area , horse and camel rides good and hamam bath and moroccan massage excellent👍 beach has it area for hotel goers mc donalds also near by. red taxi to shopping centre 20dhr one way for if need bits. all inclusive drinks stop at 11pm do 😔 bar/coffee/ tea minerals in reception area or by pool and at dinner well catered for. manager was a gent gave our friends bottle champagne on the house 10th wedding anniversary, bravo club evening and day time activities or shows etc this hotel is worth staying in hopefully Agadir takes off and becomes the next Lanzarote weather was great for end feb 27oC, worth booking for couples or small family holiday 9/10 and again credit to staff also security at premisses and Gaurds/cop patrol areas well and presence seen

the double room was single beds joint, but awh well this life. not a-lot of faults just if all inclusive drinks shouldn’t stop at 11 maybe as your paid all inclusive. disco / music entertainment at 11-1/2 be ideal in sports bar ideas

the hotel was clean and comfortable

Staff was great, and the facility is amazing. Totally recommend it for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway. They made us feel super welcomed.

Room was very small for two adults sharing - very little space to put your stuff. Seemed a great shame as there were many empty rooms around us (it was January!) - poor use of space available.

Allegro was amazing. It is a modern, spacious and clean hotel. The superior room had everything we needed. The double bed was massive (felt more like a king) and was very comfy. Beside the bed, there are 2 USB ports on either side to charge your devices (incase you didn’t bring a adapter) which was great! The shower did not disappoint and the Wi-Fi coverage was great around the whole hotel! No internet lagging or endless searching for signal. The room has a small fridge to keep drinks cold, sliding doors to the balcony, three drawers, hangers, a couch, desk and chair, Smart TV which you can screen mirror what you are watching on your phone/iPad. Four mirrors in total in the room which was great when getting ready. One mirror in the bathroom with another magnified mirror (perfect for makeup/doing your skincare) and there was 2 in the bedroom. One was full length (amazing for outfit checks) and another circle mirror hanged from the walls next to the bed facing the balcony. We initially booked breakfast only, but then decided to opt for all inclusive since the variety was great (thank you Karim for doing that for us). There is quite a lot of options to choose from and there is something different every day for lunch and dinner. With all inclusive, you have unlimited access to lobby and snack bar so honestly it’s a win! The whole atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and nice. The staff at the restaurant work so hard, constantly keeping the area clean and taking away plates. The security guards were wonderful too, so friendly and welcoming! Also, Fouad was beyond amazing! He works with Jumbo Tours and we booked excursions with him and it was great! He helped us get checked in on our arrival to Allegro, such a great guy and was a massive help at our stay at Allegro. Whenever we needed a taxi, he sorted it out for us very quickly.

I would not say dislike, more on the terms of feedback, perhaps if the hotel can offer slippers for use in the rooms.

In our room the heaters doesn’t work , so it was pretty cold . We notified the reception but no one come to fix it.

Liked everything, good location, nice staff good food,managed well.They can be proud of themselves. We would be glad to go back there.

The staff is really lovely, from housekeepers to bartenders and waiters, all really friendly and helpful. Perfect location, close to the beach and not too far from the city either. Bed was very comfortable and the food was delicious and great selection every night. Love the Bravo Club and the programs they do. Can’t wait to come back again
