Short stay but it was very comfortable and relaxing

I liked the location and how it was centered around a lot of the places I had to get around too.

Comfortable airport hotel

Very bright, clean, modern spacious room with kitchenette, office space & seating area. Nice walk-in shower as well. Good hot breakfast included.

The room was great, but the bathroom door (a pocket door) would not stay shut - kept sliding open (room 223)

It was a very nice facility. I would definitely stay again if guaranteed the lowest price.

For me being gluten free, I liked the porridge and fruit

I would have liked the price match, as I believe I paid $60 more than the price quoted for the day.

Excellent Place to Stay

I liked the friendliness of the staff, everything was really clean, including the pool. Breakfast was excellent, they had options to make breakfast sandwiches as well as waffles, oatmeal and cereal. The room was really spacious and clean. The water pressure was really good compared to other hotels I've stayed at. It did take about 5-10 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower but once it was hot, it was great.

The only thing I didn't like was they had the shower gel and shampoo on the wall for use in the shower, but the conditioner was provided in a tiny bottle that was not nearly enough for my long hair plus my two sons have long hair. However, I just asked for a few extra bottles of conditioner at the front desk and they didn't complain or say they can't give me more so that was nice. Also, my digital key was not working to get into the pool but again, when I went to the front desk to ask for a card key, the woman at the front desk said she would make me one but so that we didn't have to wait, she would let us into the pool area and then bring me the card key once it was made. Awesome customer service here!

Great service and communication.

We have stayed before. Check in was easy. Room was ready. The mini mart is always great for us.

Very comfortable and clean stay!

It was clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The heater makes a bit of noise. Breakfast could be offered with more variety, as in other places.

If I need to stay in Phoenix again, I will look at staying here again.

The hotel was very clean. Room was spacious that came with a small kitchen, desk and refrigerator. Bathroom was well-lighted and very clean too.

The sliding metal door to the bathroom did not stay in place when trying to close it. I was alone so it wasn't a big deal, but could be an issue for two people or more who want privacy.

Juan was the best ever. He made sure we were in our room as soon as possible and very friendly and knowledgable.

Staff was very friendly

Breakfast was pretty gross. There was also hairball in the shower but I called down to the front desk and someone came to clean it immediately

Comfortable room and good food for breakfast, amendable staff.

I brought my dog and and the outdoor grounds need to be better cleaned up. Dog feces was found all over. The area for dogs to urinate is not only very small, it needs to be cleaned up more often.

Good value and comfortable stay

Fresh and fashionable boho decor entering the lobby. Friendly staff at front desk. Clean and organized suite fully stocked with full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes and cookware. Comfortable king bed with curtain between sofa bed, in case you had kids. Full, tasty complimentary breakfast. Convenient location to airport and free shuttle, but quiet. No hallway noise or light coming under the door.

Only two bath towels in bathroom. Only 3 pillows, instead of 4 on the king bed. Open storage areas, instead of drawers to put away things.

Staff very helpful and flexible. Clean and modern. Close to airport and not far to light rail. Shuttle bus service great too. Breakfast number of options. Laundry room also to wash and dry clothes was a bonus after coming back from desert.

Could have tourist info available on places to see and how to get to places including transport options.

Very welcoming!

Very comforting atmosphere smelled amazing in there. The staff accepted my family for who they were I have an autistic child so sometimes getting out and people not staring at us is hard they were very welcoming .breakfast is really good.

A better pantry area ,snacks vending machines or something like that I don't want it to be like looking to cheap or anything, just a better pantry area

The TV was not working in my suite I cannot live without TV I had to continually bug then they changed my room also a couple of little maintenance issues

Highly recommended... the staff, facilities, room, amenities, facilities, location and transport.

The location was perfect and the pick-up and drop off at the airport was excellent. Easy to organise and very efficient communication.

Very spacious and well-equipped room. Very helpful staff. Great location near the airport.

The wifi was not working very well. Cleanliness should be improved: the pillows had a bad smell.
