Step up your services especially Airport Shuttle service and amend your facilities

Location and accessibility of the hotel

Terrible,Very very poor Airport shuttle service, I did message the hotel that I will need the hotel to pick me up from the Douala international airport and I was constantly in contact with them, the day of my flight I did call them on phone and they assured me that they’ll pick me up but to my greatest dismay nobody came to pick me up,upon my arrival I even went as far as calling the hotel’s phone number and none of the staff answered the call so I had to spend 10000frs CFa that night to transport myself to the hotel

The included breakfast was only for one person and we have to pay for an additional one. Also the room was not the same that the one in the photos
